Duy could be called many things, weak, useless, a disgrace to the ninjas, the eternal genin.  But he wasn't an idiot.  He realized that this little one in front of him really wanted to help his son.

"But if he leaves the academy, how can he become a ninja later?"  That was Duy's question.

A common sense had already formed among the people of Konoha.  Only someone who has made it to the ninja academy and has finished from it can become a ninja.

"Wrong" Eiji replied without hesitation, but you got this one wrong.  "You don't necessarily need to join or complete the ninja academy. Even if you don't study and possess remarkable skills, you can still become a ninja."

There were few cases like these, but it wasn't rare.  "Besides, we have a free pass right by your side."

Duy averted his eyes to where Eiji's hand had pointed, It was his father.  He was giving a slight nod of agreement with a smile on his face.

Duy could only shake his head slightly.  He really had forgotten about Sakumo at that point.

He looked so…simple?  No one would believe you if you said he's one of the strongest men in konoha today.  If not the strongest.

"Look at Kakashi for example, Duy. He's a genius in his own right. His current teacher is the famous Namikaze Minato" Eiji placed a hand on his brother's shoulder emphasizing even more.

"Do you think he's learning a lot from him?"  Eiji asked.

Duy pondered for a few seconds and spoke.

"Of course I do, after all we're talking about one of the best jonin in konoha. He's always active in my front-end missions."  Duy had heard several stories about this man.

"You're correct, he's a great ninja. But as a teacher, he sucks."  Eiji spoke calmly as he glanced at Guy's disbelieving look.

Duy just looked at Eiji strangely, this boy spoke in such a direct and sincere way that it was disconcerting to him.

"You are kidding!"  Guy raised his hand in accusation of Eiji.

"Kakashi, tell me what you learned from Minato all this time?"  He looked at Kakashi for an answer.

Grudgingly, Kakashi just surrendered and sighed in disgust.  "He doesn't really teach me anything useful, no taijutsu, no ninjutsu. Just some konoha philosophies, some imaginary situations and ninja basics."

Kakashi's mouth twitched as he remembered the last part.

"It's like throwing several different kunai and only once or twice a week some spar" No one could believe that in all these months he had only taught that.

"He says I'm still a kid and I don't need to rush into learning a lot, just mastering what I already know, even though I've mastered everything." Kakashi wasn't satisfied with his teacher.

With his father alive, teaching him so many things and ninjutsu to make him stronger, Kakashi's attitude towards Minato wasn't as good as it should be.

He was far from supportive.

He didn't admire him, for kakashi: Minato was just someone who didn't want to teach him ninja skills and escape his duties.

He was often left alone in the training camp to throw kunais, his brother warned him not to use anything he knew at the designated camp.

"NO NO WAY! DOES HE REALLY DO THAT?"  Guy's face was covered in disbelief.

"Everything we know was taught by our father, it will be the same with Guy if he trains here."  Eiji calmly explained Guy's training plan.

Even though it is difficult and arduous, Guy will be able to use Ninjutsu.  He never used it in the original series because of his belief and promise for his father.

As situations are now different, Guy will take his power to a new level.

Duy absorbed the information and remembered something.  "Didn't you say there would be more conditions? What are they?" Despite everything, it doesn't hurt to be cautious.

"Well remembered, I had already forgotten!" Eiji snapped his fingers.  "The second part involves you!"

"Me?"  Duy was stunned for a while.  "What about me?" he said, blinking his eyes in confusion.

"Before we didn't take a look at you but looking back now, you're in a very bad situation, huh?"  Eiji spoke casually.

Duy's expression shook.  "What are you getting at?"

"You bȧrėly sleep, your body is often in an exhausted state, most of the time you are tired or sleepy from lack of rest, currently you are only about 60% of Your perfect condition" Eiji had taken a paper from his pocket and read it calmly.

There was a lot of Duy and Guy's information on the file.

"How do you know all this?"

"A ninja has to keep himself well-informed, and how else are you going to be trained here? Obviously, we need all sorts of information." Eiji wasn't the least bit embarrassed for spying on them.

"..."

"You?"  Duy noticed this part in essentials.  "I…can also train?" he was shocked.

"Yea"

Taking a storage scroll from his pocket, Eiji pulled out the contents inside.

Cash!

"Don't think too much, this can pay for your needs for a maximum of 6 months. You'll get 1 month of rest without doing missions and without training. All you need to do is let your body relax and rest."

"I can't accept this," Duy meekly refused.

"You can pay us another time, look at it as an investment in your future days as a ninja" After those few words from Eiji, Duy pondered for a while and accepted.

"Now let's start training Guy-kun" Sakumo who was watching his son sort out everything finally stood up.

Certain things had to be learned from a young age, so he let his children sort out most of the issues themselves.

Certain things could not be taught, only learned.

Although Duy can't train any genjutsu or ninjutsu.  He has certain things that even someone without Chakra can learn.  Many people don't remember or don't care to search.

But sakumo did, since the art of the sword or rather Kenjutsu is much more popular in iron country.  A place far and long forgotten by ninjas.  Ah, several techniques that are used there that don't need chakra.

Duy might as well learn these techniques.  That was Sakumo's own plan for him.

"YOHALLOOOOO" A girl with long black hair waved frantically towards him.  With a red-haired woman not far behind her.

"Who is she?"  Guy asked.

"Your training partner, Uchiha Kiyomi"
