On the trip back Cedric went through a couple of reports coming from the directors at Mor Co. He wanted everything to run smoothly.
"Camilla, plan a celebratory party for the employees at the end of the year. Make sure that all our partners are invited as well." Cedric ordered.
"Will the four princes and the sisters be attending sir?" Camilla asked to clarify the guest list.
"Yes." Cedic agreed. Aside from being his friends, having famous people at a party didn't hurt.
"Sir, we just got a proposal for Constellations Resorts for a partnership." Camilla said as she looked through her emails.
"Huh? Constellations? The management there should be more than capable of handling a simple partnership." Cedric was puzzled as to why Camilla brought it up.
"Sir, it's from Island's Inc. and the one that sent the proposal to us was your wife." Camilla explained.
"You should have led with that. Tell the management to give more and never less if they are dealing with Adrianna." Cedric said.
"We also found out that Adrianna is working on a partnership with City Malls." Camilla reported. City Malls were the biggest competitor to Elisia Malls, they were half the size but their locations were quite prime.
"Monitor it closely. I just want to keep the Elisia Malls partnership bigger than the one she is working on with City Malls. Otherwise let it be. Anything else?" Cedric asked.
"She's also working on partnerships with Mr. Ray's rival airline companies." Camilla said.
"Tell Ray's assistant about it. They should be able to decide if they will work with Island's Inc. I can't really force them." Cedric would never directly order Ray to do anything that affected his business, even the sisters had volunteered all the partnerships they gave during the press conference of Island's Inc.
In Island's Inc.'s VP for Marketing and Sales office, Adrianna had just moved to this room. It was on the top floor, the same floor as the president's office and it faced Mor Co.'s building.
Adrianna couldn't help but look out the window and wonder what her husband was currently doing in the not so far away building. She remembered John Hernandez's constant complaints that he had the worst view of all. At that time Mor Co. was just considered to be a small startup and everyone expected it to fold quickly.
It came as a surprise to everyone when the news came out that Mor Co. was actually a subsidiary of the Reyes Group and was currently being run by the heir to the Reyes group. In a few years her view would become the most sought after view since the Mor Co. building was going to be redesigned by Veronica.
Adrianna leaned back in her seat looking out the window, in her head she was imagining that her husband was also staring out one of those large windows, looking at her.
She was pulled back into reality when several emails began popping up on her laptop.

Subject: Re: Partnership with Above Air
Dear Miss Adrianna,
We would like to further meet on your proposal. Please give us your soonest availability.
Thanks,
Head of Marketing - Above Air
Adrianna was most surprised with the emails coming from Elisia Malls and Breeze Air. She already had an existing partnership with Elisia Malls, she didn't see the reason why she would need to meet up with the VP for Operations as well as Ayanna Reyes. As for Breeze Air, it was the largest airline in the country, she had been afraid to approach such a big company with her proposal, so she approached the smaller Above Air first.
With the amount of potential partnerships and sales that had just landed in her lap Adrianna had to get her whole team involved. She asked for her newly appointed assistant to get all the marketing and sales team heads and supervisors into an emergency meeting in five minutes.
The assistant and the teams were quite efficient and they arrived at the meeting room prior to the time Adrianna had said.
When she walked in it seemed everyone was nervous.
"You can all calm down. No one is getting fired." With what Adrianna said the employees started to breathe and act normally. They seemed to have been worried that with a change in management many people would be replaced as well.
"Before anything, I'll reintroduce myself. For those that don't know me I'm Adrianna Hernandez-Reyes, and yes I'm married. I won't fire anyone just because you used to work for my cousin. My husband is also an ordinary worker so I understand the struggle. Okay. Now down to business." Adrianna gave a quick introduction and asked her assistant to pass around folders, each with a company inside.
"Today we got over ten written agreements that their companies would like to partner with us. The hardest will probably be the Elisia Mall partnership, followed by Saints Hospital, then Breeze Air, and fourth will be Constellations Resorts. The others will be relatively easy compared to those four." Adrianna explained. Everyone was surprised at what she had just said. Adrianna had been in the position of VP for Marketing and Sales for less than a week and already companies that had rejected them in the past were lining up to work with them.
"You all have a week to polish and finish presentations and proposals for these companies. Surprisingly for most of them we won't be meeting with just the Marketing Director or Sales Director, we will actually be meeting with presidents and CEOs." Adrianna gave a very tight timeline to her team before dismissing them.
