Chapter 1127: Demons are Demons

In the Shard giant world.

'Screech'

As soon as the devourer eagle king entered the Shard giant world, it let out a loud screech as though it was letting its presence known by all the shard giants in this world.

Soon, many five-meter giants with crystalline hands and legs rushed towards them with their expressionless faces.

"Alder, you have done enough. You can rest now."

Just when the devourer eagle king was getting ready for some action, Ajax's words nearly made it fall as he looked at Ajax as though it was begging to let him have some action.

"Fine...fine. Go to the other end of the world and start killing them."

Seeing that look in the devourer eagle king's eyes, Ajax nodded his head and gave permission to start killing.

As soon as Ajax gave the permission, the devourer eagle king became excited as he thanked Ajax before disappearing into the distance at an incredible speed.

"I thought to solo this world."

Ajax shook his head as he started attacking the hundreds of the incoming Shard giants.

'Advanced spatial blades'

As usual, he started with his first skill to kill hundreds of shard giants.

If some of them didn't block his spatial blades with their hands, the kill count would have been in the thousands.

'Looks like they have some intelligence.'

Looking at how they were able to block his attacks, Ajax was surprised for a moment and thought to himself.

Generally, the Shard giants belong to the golem race, yet, at the same time, they were completely different from the actual golem.

The actual golems didn't want to kill others and they like to rest in the same place while gaining the energy from the ground below them at a slow pace.

However, these Shard giants were able to absorb energies from other living beings. So, they become the demon king's underlings while invading other worlds.

Moreover, the golem didn't have much intelligence and even if you attack, they would not block them; however, the shard giants were blocking his attacks.

'Let's see how strong your crystalline limbs are.'

With a thought, Ajax summoned his inheritance sword before started waving it while using his grade 5 sword dao.

A grade 5 sword dao can kill anyone below the King realm who didn't have any law. So, standing in his position, Ajax simply released sword waves in all directions to clear the shard giants.

All the shard giants around him were having a strength of rank 5 and below. So, Ajax didn't bother to use any of his bloodlines or other trump cards.

As for his elemental spirits and the contracted spirit beasts, he was not planning to summon them as he wanted to destroy this world on his own.

Somewhere in the endless space, four primordial demon kings were searching for the traces of the destruction of the bronze demon world.

However, their luck was not so good regarding it.

"Looks like the humans got cocky with the appearance of a new genius among them that they even started putting their nose in our territory.."

All of a sudden, the first demon king under the Primordial demon emperor said those words.

Even though they were unable to find the destroyed bronze demon world in Igunuz's region, Jostruth found something that made him think that there was a human in this region.

"Yes, Jostruth. If someone enters this region, the demon emperor would have warned us."

"So, how are you sure there was a human in this region?"

The three remaining demon kings asked Jostruth one after another as his words didn't make any sense.

"Did you all forget that I can detect the presence of any living being that passed by this region within a short time?"

Jostruth scoffed at them as he continued, "Moreover, I also sense that there was a divine dragon around here with that human. We have to inform the demon emperor about it."

"Also, I can say that he is a high-level human king with an ability to hide his presence well that fooled our emperor; however, my ability works differently, I can sense that left-out presence."

By the end of his words, Jostruth felt a little happy because he was sure that Igunuz was dead and at the same time, he made up some words that were obviously believed by the other demon kings.

"So, what should we do?"

Tagrek, the silent demon king, felt something was off; however, he had stayed too long with Jostruth and knew that he would not lie about things like these. 

So, he asked with a serious look on his face.

"One of us had to go back to inform the demon emperor about it."

Jostruth had already planned his next steps as he continued, "As for the remaining three, we will split in different directions and search for the human and divine dragon."

"I will go then."

Tagrek was the first one to say that while thinking in his head, 'Even though his words are convincing, I better be careful with him.'

"Okay."

Jostruth didn't think much about Tagrek as he nodded his head and looking at the other two demon kings, he said, "Just look at the worlds on the perimeter of the region and if you find anything unusual, just send the signal to others."

Soon, he finished his orders to the three demon kings and sent them away.

'Haha….looks like I will be getting the divine dragon for myself.'

Looking at the disappearing silhouette of the demon kings, Jostruth started laughing to himself as he controlled his magical leaf to fly in the direction of the Shard giant world.

"Bralrath, did you feel something off about Jostruth?"

Other than Tagrek who went to inform the demon emperor about the human movements in the demon emperor's territory, the two other demon kings who were supposed to travel in two different directions met in someplace.

"I feel the same."

Bralrath nodded his head as he looked in the direction Jostruth went.

"So, what do you say? Shall we follow him?"

Gostron asked with an eerie smile on his face.

"Yes."

Bralrath nodded his head and continued saying, "Also, I have another plan. How about we kill Jostruth and blame that so-called human?"

"Interesting."

Gostron was not surprised with Bralrath's actions because Jostruth had insulted him many times in front of his subordinates, making him lose their respect.

"However, we shall let that human and him fight and he will definitely use all his trump cards if the human is strong and wins the fight. Then, let's use that chance to kill him."

Soon, Gostron suggested Bralrath wait before executing their plan.

"So, what about the divine dragon? Who is going to keep it?"

Thye both knew about each other, so they wanted to talk about the gains which they were yet to gain.

"We can tame it as we didn't have the ability to do so; however, we can give it to the demon emperor and take good things along with two regions which lost their rulers."

Bralrath said those words and soon, both the demon kings started laughing.
