Chapter 1241 - Floating Barrier

Name:New Age Of Summoners Author:
The demon apostle sitting on the boulder on the other side of the portal warned the demon kings around him in a serious look.

Even though he was completely confident in destroying the Zrochester province with the force he was going to bring into the Zrochester province, he still didn't want any mistake to happen and wanted everyone to be prepared.

"Yes, Sir demon apostle."

All the demon kings respectfully nodded their heads.

"Since I have to take care of the protector of this province, you will take the charge and lead them in destroying the Zrochester province."

In the next moment, the demon apostle ordered the demon king standing beside him like a loyal servant.

"As you wish, sir demon apostle."

That demon king bowed his head as he respectfully acknowledged the order.

"Good. Wake me up after everyone leaves for the Ylercester province."

After saying that, the demon apostle rested against the boulder without caring for his rank or image.

Nevertheless, no one dared to say anything as they remained silent waiting for the barrier to open and then close.

...

"Phew…finally, I am here."

After running for a while, Ajax finally reached the border of the middle section and the inner section.

"Young master…we are here."

Just as Ajax reached the place and rested for a few minutes, he saw a huge stingray flying towards him from his left side.

On its back, a group of cultivator's along with Darbaudr were sitting as the barbarian called Ajax.

"Oh. You are faster than I imagined. It must be because of the soul stingray, right?"

Ajax knew how fast the soul stingray owned by Elek as he previously travelled on its back.

"Yes, young master."

Darbaudr jumped down from the soul stingray while nodding his head and silently stood beside Ajax just like a guard.

"Hello elders and everyone."

Ajax didn't say anything as he knew that Darbaudr was like that from the beginning; instead, he greeted the others sitting on the back of the huge soul stingray.

Six vagrant cultivators and their disciples, Edmond and Udo along with the Nameless cultivator and the couple Edina and her husband who got saved from the cursed energy by Ajax in the past.

He greeted everyone with a slight smile on his face.

"Ajax, it's been a while."

Even though they haven't met Ajax for a while, there was not a single day they haven't heard about Ajax and his actions.

Their best friend Nameless cultivator, Edmond's sister Edina and her husband Bren, would already talk about him and how he saved them.

However, the six vagrant cultivators were no longer surprised with Ajax's actions and adventures as they had already gotten used to it.

'With a powerful master, there is nothing Ajax can't do except for coming back from life.'

This was the thought in their heads; however, if they knew about Ajax's skill 'Emergency ghost', they would be definitely shocked.

"Yeah. It's been a while and everyone has become powerful."

His later words were directed towards the personal disciples of the vagrant cultivators.

They have already reached level 8 and level 9 elite general realm cultivators. As for Levi, he was already a  peak elite general realm.

However, Ajax didn't know how high-level Levi's cultivator's law had grown but he was sure it would be at least level 3 or level 4.

"You are also the same. You were able to fight the peak level 10 elite general cultivators with level 2 general realm; however, now you became a level 2 elite general realm cultivator. I am looking forward to your fights in the contest."

The guild master Rae replied to Ajax with a slight smile on his face.

"Yeah. I think Ajax can even fight and kill the low-level king realm cultivators now, right?"

Elek jokingly spoke and he later informed Ajax that he was just joking.

'Just joking?'

Ajax was speechless for a moment before shaking his head with a bitter smile on his face and thought, 'Anyway, it is better this way.'

Ajax didn't bother to explain his battle prowess or trump cards as he casually talked with others whom he had not met for a while.

Everyone was happy to see Ajax; however, there was someone who was very happy and it was none other than Snowstorm.

"I wonder how this barrier actually works."

Ajax looked into the thin air and wondered about the barrier that was not visible or felt by anyone below the King realm.

Finally, after conversing with others for a while and Ajax asked about the barrier that separates the Zroceshter province and the Ylercester province.

Even though it was said that there was a barrier that was obstructing anyone who was trying to enter the Ylercester province from Zrochester province, actually, there was no such barrier or whatsoever.

It was just a myth and no one knows where the barrier that was separating the two provinces was, not to mention destroying it.

"The barrier separating the two provinces move every moment. So, it was impossible to find it; however, this time, the protectors informed us about the location of the barrier and at what time it will appear."

"According to that, there are still 30 minutes left before the barrier comes here."

The guild master tried to explain Ajax's doubt by explaining the moving barrier.

"Huh? It moves every moment?"

Ajax was surprised to find something interesting about the barrier; however, he had another doubt in his head from the beginning, "However, how will you enter the Ylercester province when the barrier opens when all I can see from here is the inner section of the cursed wilderness."

Since a barrier is separating two provinces, Ajax could clearly see the other side of the barrier, making him confused at how they could enter even when the so-called floating barrier opens.

"Haha…I was also curious about it until I turned 50 and gradually, I learned it; however, you don't need to wait as you will experience it in a few minutes."

The guild master revealed a mysterious smile as he didn't explain anything more about the barrier.
