Chapter 669: Levi's hesitation

Since all the participants were sleeping, announcing the results at a time like this was useless. So, Elder Ramon shook his head at the guild master before looking at Edmond and others, "Pick them up and place them in that house. Also, you can rest there till the morning."

While saying that Elder Ramon pointed at a house in the distance and asked them to rest along with the unconscious disciples.

The number of young cultivators who participated in the guild master's trial were only ten members.

From the original 16 participants, Lewis and Jeff were selected by Elder Elek in the starting.

Later, Dark flame, Silver goliath and Fearless gorilla were selected by Elder Esmund.

Lastly, Snow storm was chosen by Elder Ramon.

As soon as they heard Elder Ramon's words, Edmond and others nodded their head and came forward to pick the unconscious participants.

Edmond, Udo, Darbaudr, Lewis, Jeff, Silver Goliath, Fearless Gorilla and Dark flame carried them within no time.

Lewis and Jeff were awakened just before the guild master's trial and after carrying all the unconscious participants, Udo asked his son.

"Yes, father. Now I have a new cultivation technique and just after circulating it a few times increased my cultivation from level 3 elite commander to level 1 general realm cultivator,"

Jeff excitedly said to his father and while explaining it, there was an ear to ear smile on his face.

There were no bounds to Udo's excitement after seeing the sudden rise of his son.

He and Edmond trained Edmond's nine adopted children and whenever he compared his son with them, he would bitterly sigh.

However, now, his son was finally caught up to them or even better to say, surpassed them.

"Lewis, congratulations,"

Even though they learned that the guild master was the leader among the six vagrant cultivators, they got used to calling him the guild master.

"Will you call their names or should I call them for you?" After glancing at them, the guild master looked at his friends and asked them.

"No need. We will call our own personal disciples,"

The veiled matriarch, Sandra shook her head as she looked at the young cultivators before calling out, "You two twins, come out. Do you want to become my personal disciples?"

The twins were none other than Moon shadow and Bright shadow.

"Yes are very happy to become your disciples, Madam Sandra,"

Both brother and sister duo said at the same time in unison with excited smiles on their face.

After Sandra picked her personal disciples, Elder Seward picked three participants from the group and asked them.

King Killer and Kind Mantis nodded their head without any hesitation and directly walked towards Elder Seward before standing behind him.

"What about you?"

However, one of the participants he picked didn't move from his place and hesitation was all over his face. So, Elder Seward asked him.

"Elder Seward, I want to become your personal disciple; however, I have something I need to tell you first. After hearing that, if you have no problem, I will become your personal disciple,"

The participant that was hesitating was none other than Levi. After hearing Elder Seward's words, Levi looked at him and replied.

"What is it?"

Along with Elder Seward, everyone raised their brows as they waited for what Levi wanted to say.
