Chapter 704: The Obsidian

According to the information they got from the mission, a single abyss devil was wandering outside the abyss devil's territory and they had to kill it before bringing its body back to the guild.

However, what they didn't expect is there was another abyss devil.

Looking at its speed, Udo could guess that its strength was around level 5 of the elite general realm.

Just when the abyss devil's claws were about to penetrate into Edmond's throat, a huge silhouette appeared behind the abyss devil and pierced its hand into the abyss devil.

Edmond was not much worried about his safety because he had other trump cards that could save him in almost all cases; however, before he could use them, Darbaudr came to his rescue saving Edmond the trouble of using his trumps cards.

Since Ajax was busy with the special training, Darbaudr tagged along with Edmond and Udo to stretch his muscles by completing some missions.

All of a sudden, many three-meter abyss devils appeared in the mist around him.

With each passing second, the number continued to increase and almost all the abyss devils have the general and elite general realm cultivation.

"Edmond, what kind of mission did you pick this time?"

Seeing the hundreds of abyss devils surround them, Udo asked Edmond with a bitter smile on his face.

"Didn't you want some good mission to test your new strength?"

All of a sudden, Edmond became serious as he said his thoughts about the mission.

Udo raised his brows as he thought about the mission and said, "Are you saying that the Hammergust family is working with the abyss devils?"

"Yes, let's kill these things before continuing our conversation,"

After saying that, Edmond summoned a crystal sword before rushing forward to kill the abyss devils surrounding them.

"Sure,"

Udo revealed an evil smile as he started hacking down the abyss devils with his axe.

As for the barbarian, he would disappear and appear behind the abyss devils before piercing his hands into their bodies to take out their hearts and crushed them.

All three of them continued to fight with excited looks on their faces.

In the Astral heart secret realm,

After five hours of sleep, Ajax's body was no longer tired.

They didn't waste any time as everyone mounted the livid Giffin before flying out of the Astral heart secret realm.

Since Ajax became close to Elder Ramon, he asked him which secret realm they were going to now.

To enter into a new secret realm, first, they have to come back to the Zrochester province and only then anyone could enter another secret realm.

"We are entering into Elder Esmund's secret realm, the Obsidian. It was famous for various types of metals and forging materials. So, he named it after his favourite refining material, the Obsidian,"

Elder Ramon not only answered Ajax's question, he even explained the name along with other details of that secret realm.

"Oh"

Ajax and other young cultivators looked at Elder Esmund and revealed a slight smile on their faces.

"Okay then. Since you already know about my secret realm, I will explain your next training session. It has nothing to do with forging or its materials,"

Elder Esmund revealed a slight smile as he continued explaining, "It is a battle tower."

Everyone was shocked when they heard the words 'Battle tower'. 

Because a battle tower is a high-level artifact that could help the young cultivators in simulating the battles.

Except for the top three sects and the Hammergust family, no one has it in their possession in the entire Zrochester province.

"You heard it right! Your next special training is in the battle tower. All you have to do is find the spirit beasts in the respective halls and clear as many levels as possible,"

"Whoever can clear the highest levels in my battle tower, I have a special gift from them,"

Esmund tempted with the reward to make them give their best.

All the young cultivators became excited and nodded their heads at Esmund's words.
