Chapter one:- Alchemy

'Let's see what is inside the summoner's codex.'

As soon as Ajax entered the room, he took out an ancient-looking huge book from his inventory.

With a thought, he opened the huge book.

'Chapter one:- Alchemy.'

Even though the words are in some unknown language, Ajax could read them as though he knew those words.

'Ding,

It is detected that the host is not strong enough to store all the knowledge stored in the chapter.

'Ding,

Dividing 'Chapter one' into three parts.

'Ding,

Do you want to assimilate the first part of 'Chapter one'?

At the same time as he opened the book, Ajax received a series of system notifications that made him raise his brows.

'Yes.'

Nevertheless, he nodded his head as he agreed to the system.

The assimilation might be painful. Please bear with it.

Ajax nodded his head as he understood what the system was saying and closed his eyes to check what he had gained from the recent assimilation of alchemy knowledge.

In his head, there were many basic techniques to improve the purity of the pills. 

Not only that, but he was able to sense that he knows about vast herbs and ingredients ranking from one to four.

'System, I want to assimilate the second part of chapter one.'

After getting the taste of vast knowledge on the alchemy for rank 1 to rank 4, Ajax decided to assimilate the second part of the Alchemy chapter.

For the host's current cultivation, assimilation of the second part (rank 4 to rank 6) will be quite painful.

The system suggests the host become a little stronger before assimilating the second part.

However, the system suggested Ajax become a little stronger.

Since he was pissed by the system's words that say he needed to be powerful to learn about something or use something, he wanted to prove that he could do it without becoming stronger.

Soon, his consciousness started becoming hazy, but he didn't give up as he bit his tongue to remain conscious.

However, no matter how hard he tried, his eyes started closing after a few moments.

'Young man, in the future, you have to endure pains much more powerful than the current one.'

'So, if you can't even endure the current one, then just close your eyes and sleep forever.'

Suddenly, the old voice in his head, which disappeared from the time he became a general realm cultivator, appeared once again and tried to motivate him.

However, Ajax was surprised for only a moment before going back to the state of becoming unconscious.

Seeing that the regular words do not affect Ajax, the old voice in Ajax's head came up with an idea and started speaking.

'By the way, I said that I would say something about your parents, right?  They are still alive. That's right! They are still alive and waiting for your return to save them from the huge crisis which is about to come.'

As soon as Ajax heard the old voice talk about his parents, Ajax groaned in pain as he was no longer in a state of becoming unconscious.

'So, are you giving up now or enduring the pain to see your parents?'

As for the old voice in Ajax's head, when he saw Ajax's reaction when he talked about his parents, he continued to add more and more lines about his parents.

Soon, the pain coming from the assimilation of the second part of chapter one started decreasing, and Ajax's frowned brows also started coming back to normal.

'Young man, I used all my energy in motivating you earlier. I will be going back to my slumber unless you provide me with a 'Dark world essence'; I will take a long time to wake up.'

While the pain started decreasing, the old voice knew his motivation was no longer needed for Ajax. So, he said some words.

Even though the process is still not completed, Ajax was able to speak to the old voice.

'As long as you hold the 'Dark world essence in your hands, I will know about it.' the old voice replied to Ajax.

However, the old man's voice was becoming lower and lower as he continued saying, 'You need to become a king realm cultivator as soon as possible; otherwise, it will be too late to…..'

With each word, the old voice in Ajax's head became lower and lower, and all of a sudden, the old voice completely disappeared, making Ajax frown.

'Late for what? What about my parents?'

Once again, the old voice in Ajax's head left many questions for him, which made Ajax bitter shake his head.
