Luo Zheng wished she could roll her eyes. How could I not be worried? The expensive things in my room keep going missing for no reason. Did they run away on their own?

She closed the door immediately.

Luo Zheng finally left her room and made her way downstairs slowly.

Li Shufen sat in the middle of the hall with a middle-aged couple beside her, Mu Tianwei and Mu Cuiyun.

The two of them were Li Shufen’s children, Luo Zheng’s father and aunt respectively!

Mu Tianwei’s face grew sullen as he interjected austerely.

Mu Tianwei was born in the village and was blindly filial towards Li Shufen!

Mu Tianwei walked towards Luo Zheng and looked at her with his back facing Li Shufen and the rest. He said softly with a benevolent expression on his face, “Did you provoke Grandma again? Don’t worry, I’m here. Everything will be fine as long as you apologize!”

Luo Zheng felt absolutely repulsed and nauseous at the sight of him pretending to be a benevolent father.
