Youyou snorted in amusement.
Under the joint efforts of the father and sons, the princess room was quickly set up.
The walnut timber floor was redecorated, the pink wall coverings, the white wooden crib, the dreamy curtains, and the beautiful crystal chandelier made the room look like the luxurious interior of a castle!
After the princess room was set up, Mu Yazhe took Yun Shishi’s hand and showed her around.
Although she could not see anything, Mu Yazhe excitedly described the set up to her one thing at a time.
Yun Shishi touched the wall covering with her hand. It felt really good and she could not help asking, “What color is the wall covering?”
“It’s pink, but it’s not just a wall covering. One of the pieces is joined to a section of wallpaper that carries a picture of a pink unicorn.”
The pink unicorn was Lezhi Holdings’ mascot.
After Youyou took over, he designed a new generation mascot which was later incorporated into their brand label and printed on every toy package.
Later on, the rainbow colored unicorn had its own name and became the symbol of Lezhi Holdings.
The children loved the uniquely designed and cute little unicorn, which later was used as an image in countless peripheral products.
When Youyou saw such an image on the wallpaper, he felt that it was very meaningful, hence he discussed with Mu Yazhe and integrated the wall paper into the covering.
Yun Shishi found it a little difficult to imagine the nursery based on description. However, she trusted their taste, seeing how excited the father and sons were!
She had initially thought that Mu Yazhe would take a break after decorating the princess room.
However, little did she know that she had yet to truly experience the man’s crazy side!
One night upon returning home, Mu Yazhe went up to the bedroom, to Yun Shishi who was resting.
He said mysteriously, “Shishi, guess what I brought home today?”
“What?”
She was made curious by his mysterious tone and what exactly he could have brought home.
He smiled and said casually, “I bought many dresses for our daughter.”
She was stunned and confused.
“Huh?”
Dresses!?
He immediately sounded an order at the top of his voice.
From outside the door, a servant walked in with a stack of dresses and placed them in front of her.
Yun Shishi could not see a thing. She only could sense that there must have been a mountain-high pile of clothes in front of her.
Ever since the naming episode, a certain man seemed to be particularly enthusiastic about the child in her womb.
However, buying dozens of dresses at once did seem overly extravagant!
“The child isn’t even born yet. Isn’t it a little too early to buy clothes now?” she asked hesitantly.
“How is it early?” Mu Yazhe said disapprovingly, “We’ll buy and prepare early.”
“But… children grow very quickly. You’ve bought so many pieces, the child may outgrow them before she even has the opportunity to wear all of them.”
“Of course not! You think I didn’t consider that?”
He lightly tapped her nose and explained, “The dresses I bought are all of different sizes. From the clothes she’ll wear as an infant till she’s five or six years old, I’ve picked a few styles of each.”
“Five or six years old?”
Yun Shishi was flabbergasted. “It’ll still be five or six years before she can wear them! By then, these styles will be outdated!”
“That won’t happen!”
“Why not?”
