Su Xiaonai ran for quite a while. Her lips were a little pale, probably because the drug was about to take effect. She closed her eyes slightly.

Her limbs began to feel weak, and she could only hold on to the wall and walk slowly.

Su Xiaonai felt like her body was going to collapse at any moment. She bit her lower lip hard and forced herself to focus.

In an instant, Su Xiaonai covered her forehead with her left hand. Her head felt heavy, and her eyelids felt heavy. She could only feel the world spinning around her.

Su Xiaonai looked up in despair and suddenly noticed a familiar figure in front of her. It was Qi Lingyan!

Su Xiaonai looked up and saw that the bodyguard beside her had been kicked against the wall. She looked at the back of the man who was blocking her way.

She was a little confused but when she took a closer look, it was Qi Lingyan!

He had come to save her!

Su Xiaonai couldn’t hold it in any longer and collapsed to the ground. After Qi Lingyan finished off the bodyguards, he looked at Su Xiaonai.

With a pained look in his eyes, Qi Lingyan tried to help her up.

However, Su Xiaonai was too soft and weak. Qi Lingyan thought for a moment and decided to reach out his hand to hold her slender waist and princess-carry her.

President Xu, who never worked out, fell to the ground after just one hit. He couldn’t even get up and was seeing stars.

Holding the swollen side of his face, Mr. Xu pointed at Qi Lingyan and warned him.

“Do you know who I am?”

Qi Lingyan sneered and mocked him.

“I don’t care who you are. I will beat you up even if you’re the emperor!”

Qi Lingyan picked up Mr. Xu again, raising his fist and punching him in the nose.

President Xu gritted his teeth in pain. Soon, his nose started bleeding.

Just when Mr. Xu thought Qi Lingyan was done hitting him and was about to let out a sigh of relief, Qi Lingyan started to beat him again.

‘Mr. Xu was beaten black and blue. There was blood on the corner of his mouth and nose. He was in so much pain that he was drooling. Seeing that Qi Lingyan had no intention to end the fight, he begged for mercy.

“Dude, stop hitting me. I know I did wrong. If you like Su Xiaonai so much, I’ll let you have her.”

Qi Lingyan frowned when he heard the word “let”. He raised his hand again and smashed it down.

Qi Lingyan beat him half to death and only stopped when he passed out. Su Xiaonai’s vision was a little blurry and she couldn’t see the bloody scene clearly.

She only saw a blurry figure.

She asked softly.

“Qi Lingyan?”

Upon hearing the call, Qi Lingyan ran over immediately and hugged Su Xiaonai in his arms, comforting her gently.

“Tm here. I’ll take you away from here now.”

Su Xiaonai didn’t have the strength to answer. She could only fall into Qi Lingyan’s arms, looking very trusting.

Qi Lingyan’s heart melted at Su Xiaonai’s soft look, and his eyes were as gentle as water.

Just as Qi Lingyan was about to leave with Su Xiaonai in his arms, he turned around to look at the tragic scene behind him and swept a sharp gaze around.

He suddenly stopped at the spot where the surveillance camera was located.

Qi Lingyan thought about having someone to deal with the surveillance cameras, in case of trouble.

While thinking, Qi Lingyan carried Su Xiaonai out of the restaurant and put her in the passenger seat of his car.
