The duo were currently in a tavern.

"Hey! why don't buy me and my brothers some drinks" said a buff scarred man.

Sin didn't need to turn around to knew they were surrounded.

With only a flicker of his will,the wannabe pirates and everyone in the bar was knocked out.

"I need to train my conqueror's Haki," said Sin before leaving the tavern with Ash.

"I-it's a sea king!!" yelled a sailor in panic.

Ash transformed in lightning and appeared directly before the serpent sea King.

Lightning danced around the golden staff, and he slammed it on the sea king's head.

*Zzzzt**Slam!**Baam!*

The moment the staff connected with the Sea King, a lightning bolt came crashing.

*Splash* The sea king disappeared into the sea, unknown if it's dead or unconscious.

"W-we are saved! thank you, Milord" the ship captain thanked Ash.

Sailing in the grand line was very dangerous, anything can happen, random merchant ships like this one has only two paths, glory or death.

"Thank you again, milords," said the merchant captain, before leaving the Duo.

"Let's rent a Yagara bull," said Sin.

Then they headed straight to Galley-La company.

"That's Markus over there," said Ash.

In front of Galley-la Markus was standing with his usual poker face.

"Sin, Ash," he said, without changing his expression.

"Where is Kuina?" asked Sin.

"Skull tavern," Said Markus.

"Are you ready to leave?" asked Sin.

"Oy! Markus are you really leaving?" said a voice.

"Yes" answered Markus.

"Oh! hello, there my name is Iceburg, I'm the mayor of this city" said Iceburg with a friendly smile.

"Nice to meet you, my name is..." Sin was interrupted by Iceburg.

"Sin and Ash? I heard about you from Markus... I knew that I can't keep him here forever but just promise me that you will take care of him, he is a very good boy" said Iceburg.

"Naturally. He is our nakama after all," said Sin seriously.

Sin suddenly felt a gaze locked to his back, so he turned around.

"Oh! Lucci, I need you to help with something, wait for me inside" said Iceburg with a smile.

Lucci nodded and kept starting at Sin.

"Hello, my name is Sin," said Sin with a smile, while offering a handshake.

"Lucci" Luci kept starting at the hand before an idea come to his mind.

'He wants to test me?' though Sin, when he felt a slight pressure on his hand.

Lucci had a slight smile on his face, but suddenly he froze.

'Strong!' Lucci felt pain.

'What about this' Sin decided to add Haki to mix, but when he noticed Lucci sweaty and reddening face, he decided to stop.

"Marcus, Ash lets go," said Sin, leaving the frozen Rob Lucci.

'So Tom couldn't escape fate' though Ash with a sigh.

"And you didn't do anything about it?" asked Sin.

"Master Tom, made me promise him to not interfere," said Markus.

"How much did you learn?" asked Sin.

"I recorded most blueprints, including the pluton blueprint," said Markus.

"Good," said Sin with a smile.

Walking inside the tavern Sin scanned the place before finding his target.

"Hey, mate! if I was in your place I wouldn't go there" said the huge Bartender.

"Hey, look! another idiot is going to challenge the Huntress" said a random patron.

"We are in for a good show," said another patron.

"Don't die too quickly" said another.

Sin ignored the mocking comments.

In front of him was the blue-haired Kuina, Sin walked behind her and when he tried to put his hand on her shoulder.

The tavern was silent, they couldn't believe it.

A sword strike that was near invisible was stopped by two fingers.

'It was a half-hearted attack, yet fatal if you i was unprepared' though Sin.

"Long time no see... Kuina" said Sin with a smile.
