Chapter 139:Breaking the Limits.

Lie Wei Ying began [contemplation mode] as the diamond-ice mountain swelled and immediately submitted to Lie Wei Ying's mind.

This mountain was meant for people near the pinnacle realm, and it usually wouldn't submit to anyone below the omnigod stage, which was the stage preceding the monogod stage. However, Lie Wei Ying had 'defiance', and the mountain became interested.

Charisma, who was not expecting Lie Wei Ying to cause the mountain to submit, sighed watching the diamond-ice begin to get absorbed.

The absorption of the diamond-ice, to his dismay, was also triggered by the god gem amulet on Lie Wei Ying's neck. He was the perfect bearer for this necklace, and his soul began to get strengthened as his body began to shine like a diamond!

Lie Wei Ying was on that gigantic mountain in an ocean that was actually warm and glowing from his cultivation session. At that top of that mountain, if you looked out you'd see the forest below with trees ablaze from the last attack from the star dust cannons.

Regardless, the history of diamond-ice was complicated, and it was found in the Netherworlds in the hottest plains. Even though it was technically ice, it was able to stay frozen under any heat. No one had ever melted diamond-ice before, but they had caused it to dissipate from using its essence to guide their minds to a new realm.

In the past, it was found by a lonely pilgrim who was on a mission to gain control of the Netherworlds, so he could create the reincarnation cycle.

That man was something like a buddha, but his name had been obscured over time. He went from village to village slaying millions of demons so he could eventually set up a new life portal that he gave to the grim reapers and the death gods.

It was then that people with more then one life were created and Lie Wei Ying had actually won out on that deal.

Regardless of that point, the Netherworlds were something of a tourist spot in this day and age for the gods. All the original spirit and death gods had been enslaved and nearly domesticated, which was not what these beasts were meant to be. However, when the gods had discovered the diamond-ice and figured out how to use it, the netherworlds had no choice. This land was now known for their pleasant sands in the third realm, and a portal that required payment had been set up.

It was extremely odd to think of the Netherworlds as a vacation spot. In the past, it used to be seen as a place where you'd end up forever! This was one of the problems when someone seriously strong found something that made them stronger! It was sort of the same case for Lie Wei Ying right now, and the diamond ice mountain fueled his mind.

'So, I've been missing out on the fundamentals. I've been too simple in my use of attacks, and too over-reliant on my abilities… If I mastered the sword, or any weapon, my attacks would've been fueled with more power!" He imagined standing on that mountain with the sword and millions of different versions of himself began swinging his blade.

For some reason, the mountain seemed to show him the way of the sword, or perhaps it was the necklace. When he visualized the countless sword movements he had never used, he felt as though he was really improving.

'Hmmm, so in ancient times there was once a swordsman who created an arts called the Tiger Palm Cannon. If you adjust it into a sword technique you get the Tiger Sword Cannon Arts.'

Lie Wei Ying really had no idea where he learned the Tiger Palm Cannon from. Most of his moves before were impromptu moves made up on the spot thanks to his system. His system was also cultivating right now, and they were both benefiting from this mountain.

O.P. was already nearing System level 3 inside the O.P. World, and was being guided by S.O.P. He felt the essence coming into Lie Wei Ying's body and it caused his to focus to reach the pinnacle.

He felt somewhat of a security he had never felt before with Lie Wei Ying as his master. In a second, Lie Wei Ying went from the first rank of the Enlightenment Anchoring stage to the peak of the Enlightenment Anchoring stage! The essence was so fond of him it practically fought for his pores! After ten minutes, he opened his eyes as the mountain started to fade away.

Charisma was shocked, but Lie Wei Ying still wasn't done.

'Hmmm, I am missing a tiny bit of something to reach completion in the Way of the Sword. If I was only able to find a hint at what it was—"

Lie Wei Ying, all of a sudden, was overcome with an image of a great swordsmen named Darius. He was from ancient times, and it appeared out of no where in his mind.

He held out his hand causing 'defiance' to create a starlight sword that was over twenty feet long. His small hand grasped the burning red hilt and he opened his eyes before he shot off at nearly 2000 times the speed of light.

He instantly arrived in a battle field as Charisma flicked his wrist answering Lie Wei Ying's wish. This entire time, he'd been giving him the gifts of human history, and was curious to see what Lie Wei Ying had earned in his eleven minutes contemplating.

….

Lie Wei Ying arrived in a battle field with thousands of golems.

These golems were able to break the tradition on the first realm power limits, and Charisma grew tired of Lie Wei Ying being so overpowered.

He had six thousand golems instantly surround Lie Wei Ying as the tundra that held them breathed out red sand in swirls of panic.

It was a battlefield that Lie Wei Ying had expected, and now hundreds of golems that seemed to create an illusion of power appeared in front of him.

Even though he was moving 2000 times the speed of light, these monsters were able to breach 10,000 times the speed of light! He felt like Vanity was there without her towel again getting ready to attack. However, now though, because he had played that game, he instantly shot down into the ground as the golems followed.

The sands blasted into the air as he arrived in a narrow cave made instantly from his desires.

A million amber lightning bolts twisted around him as he closed his eyes willing the lightning to defy these godly golems.

However, then his sword struck out and a moon light crescent ripped one golem in half.

He was so shocked, as was Charisma, that he could only look down at the golem and kick it away. What kind of useless piece of junk could only take one hit?

5999 golems remained, but a second later he received a message from the system. It had been a long time since he had seen such a message, and gladly acknowledged the system as he kept battling.

"Congratulations, you've reached Enlightenment in the Way of the Sword. Mastery 100%"
