Charlie stayed around, he was scared that since Ian is emotionally unstable right now, he might suddenly get triggered and attacked Kenny.

He was shocked to hear about what happened to Ian. He had no idea what his best friend had went through before.

He suddenly remembered that there was a time when his parents limit him for visiting Ian when they were just kids.

He asked his parents why, but they just told him that Ian got sick and was recuperating.

One time, there was a sick looking cat in the courtyard where they were playing.

Little Ian picked up the cat and then throw it hard on the tree. The cat crashed on the tree and loudly cried and Ian laughed hysterically.

Ever since then, he had subconsciously feared Ian.

After two hours of their "session" Kenny started to give Ian his evaluation.

"Bro, the reason you built this place is a subconscious manifestation of what you had experienced before....

I take it that you use it to torture people right?I can see the scalpel and other equipments around. You're unconsciously repeating the abuse that you had experienced..."

"Also I heard you have obsessions with secret passages and concealed compartments, I think its because little Tian-Tian's adventure trope lingers in your head...."

Whenever they meet, Charlie will tell him about how awesome Ian's manor was and how it feels to be like in a spy movie everytime he went there.

"You see bro, you are unknowingly following her play about "secret base"...

This, and you're 'awakening' when you saw the bear shows how much effect she has on you."

"Probablybecause she saved you in your darkest hour that her influence was evident even if you're not aware."

Ian listen attentive to Kenny's evaluation, he can't help but to admit that he's actually good and effective.

He had never actually opened up to his old psych or to anyone.

"Bro, about what happened to your girlfriend, you said she's not ready yet and you think she had rejected you that's why you unconsciously hurt her.

I can see that you're a proud man, you fear that she's gonna leave that's why that happened. You didn't mean for it to happened. You said she called you earlier and she sounds cool with everything...

I think she doesn't remember what happened before she passed out...

That's probably short term memory loss, maybe due to intense emotional stress she's experiencing confusion.."

Kenny can see Ian's inner turmoil as he explained his findings regarding Tia's situation, from his view, Ian blamed himself for what happened.

Tia's near death experience shocked Ian's mind, if Ian could not cope up with it, he's afraid Ian will suffer another heavy trauma so he tried to calm Ian down.

"But don't worry its normal. Everything will be alright bro, I'll help you. trust me. I can prescribe meds for you for the time being so you can settle your emotions.... "

After hearing him, Ian's countenance started to relax. He believed in Kenny's skill and trusts that this young fellow will actually be able to help him.
