112 Chapter 112: night terrors 3

As soon as she opens her eyes, a throbbing headache assaulted Tia.

In her 26 years of existence this is the first time that she have had a hangover.

She looked around and noticed that her drawers were left open and Ian is nowhere to be found.

Panicking, she hurriedly call Ian.

After a while her call was finally answered. She immediately asked him without waiting for him to speak.

"Where are you?"

"I just went out to get us some breakfast ."

Ian lied. He doesn't want Tia to worry about something so trivial like him having a nightmare.

"Please buy me some hangover meds on the way."

"Alright. Anything else?"

"Nothing. Just be safe."

"En."

Ian hang up and headed out to buy a hot porridge and hangover meds for Tia.

Tia slowly stood up and went to her table. She picked up the bottle of pills that Ian tossed aside earlier.

She let out a sigh, then tidied up the mess Ian left behind before going out for a drive.

Minutes later, Ian arrived and headed towards the bedroom. He grabbed a tray and fed Tia the hot porridge.

Tia immediately noticed Ian's worn out look. She gently put her hand in his face and sweetly asked.

"Hon, be honest with me. Tell me what happened."

"..."

Ian avoided Tia's questioning gaze confirming her suspicion earlier that something was wrong.

"Did I say or do something to you?"

"..."

Ian just shook his head.

She couldn't remember what happened after they left the pub last night so she assumes that in her drunken stupor, she did something that upsets Ian.

"Ok fine, If you don't want to tell me then I won't eat. I won't talk to you as well. Ugh. I'm feeling dizzy, go away."

Tia demanded. She figured if her soft approach won't do, then she got to have change her tactics.

Ian tighten his grip on the tray then slowly opened his mouth.

"I had a nightmare."

Ian murmured. Tia looked at him dumbfounded by what he said.

"about what?" she asked.

He told her about his dream and about his fear that he might actually hurt her.

He told her that he's planning to stay away from Tia for the mean time so he can avoid accidentally hurting her.

After he finished, he slowly looked up to Tia.

Tia looked at him with narrowed eyes, which surprised Ian.

He thought she would be worried about him. Then he heard her say.

"Ian Lee, if you ever had a nightmare again don't wander off and leave me here!

You also lied to me about your whereabouts!

What do you take me for? I won't die easily so don't be scared. It's just a dream.

If you ever think of leaving me again I swear I will ignore you for the rest of my life! "

Tia scolded. She looked at Ian with unwavering gaze.

Her firm and stern attitude shocked Ian to the core.
