114 Chapter 114: Restart 2

TP and Charlie went out of The Oasis and as usual TP wore her disguised.

'I hope the time comes when we can go out like normal couple and not like this.'

Charlie thought as he helplessly looked at TP who was walking with her head down.

Avoiding people's gaze, fearing that someone might recognize her even with her disguise on.

He knows that it's just wishful thinking but he somewhat felt excited for that day to come.

Charlie's Maybach was parked in the hotel entrance and TP was surprised to see a chauffeur waiting for them.

Usually, Charlie drives his beloved car and it's the first time someone else was driving for them.

"Why aren't you driving?"

"Well, he needs to drive my car back home once we're away."

"You can just leave it at the airport right?"

TP retorted. She's not comfortable to be around with people aside from Charlie.

The more people who see her around him, the more risky it is that she might get exposed.

"I can't, my car will be all dusty when we return and it's due for cleaning and maintenance every other week."

"Wait.. How long are we gonna be overseas?"

"One month."

Charlie casually replied. Leaving TP dumbfounded.

"What? What do you mean 'Why'.. Why didn't you consult me first? What about my job?"

TP exclaimed. She really thought that they're just going out for the weekend.

She had no idea that they'll be gone for more than a week and a whole month at that.

"I don't know about your work, but I do know that you're the boss so you can do things at your own time."

Charlie explained. Its true that he had no knowledge about her job TP felt guilty upon hearing him.

She knows that he wanted to know things about her.

But she can't help but be cautious to others even towards him.

She's afraid that he might leave her once he found out the truth about her.

She didn't argue with him and just quietly looked out the window.

She figured that she could just let Charlie do what he wants, cause it's the only way that she could compensate for him.

Minutes later, they arrived at the airport and she was surprised to see where they are headed to.

His choice for their first date is so typical of him.

She glance at Charlie who was smiling at her, as if anticipating her to be swoon and act lovey dovey with him.

She rolled her eyes then scoffed as she waved her plane ticket to Charlie's face.

"Really?"  she sarcastically asked.

Charlie happily nod at her. Then walked towards the boarding gate.

She slowly followed him. Keeping some distance between them.

She looked at the plane ticket again then she shyly smiled but she immediately changed her expression.

Their first destination is none other than the city of love; Paris.
