She said. Her voice was trembling as she tried to suppress her cries. Ian consoled her then bow infront of her mother's ashes.

" Pleasure to meet you. I'm Ian Lee and I assured you I will support your daughter achieve her goals and love your daughter all my life.."

Tia looked at Ian then said.

"Hey! I thought you will say cliché things like I'll make her happy etc."

"I don't want to leave promiscuous things and promises to 'mom'.

And I don't say promises that I can't keep. Tian-Tian, I know that you're having a hard time being with me..

With my mental issues and other things. I can't always make you happy but I'm certain that I will love only you in this lifetime. "

He explained and Tia's heart flutters upon seeing his grand and dignified look.

He reckoned that saying vague and haphazard things to Tia's mother is a form of disrespect which is why he only said the things he know that he can fulfill.

"My goal is to create a game that people with no one to play with can enjoy.

I know there's a lot of those games out there like that but I want to make my own. That's my goal when I joined your company."

Tia said as she looked him in the eye. She knows what it feels like to be alone as a kid that's why she wanted to make a game for people who are being ostracised.

"I know with you I can easily fulfillthat goal but I wanted to strive for it on my own."

She added then lean on Ian. Ian stroke her hair then she closed her eyes. The warmth of his hands makes her feel safe and secure.

Tia placed the pink carnation inside the niche and went to Grandma Lin's urn which is just on the opposite niche of her mom's.

"Hello Grandma Lin. I'm sorry I've been busy and I haven't had the time to visit."

She said as she looked at the picture of her together with her Grandma Lin and her Brother Andy.
