Elia tearfully said. She had blamed herself and her husband for not being able to protect Ian.

Ethan was walking by the shore when he notice a shining conch shell.

It looks so  pretty that it had caught his eye.

He picked it up and excitedly went inside the house. He wanted to suprise and show his beloved wife the conch shell. .

Elia figured that remembering something regretful and hurtful will only lead to pain and suffering.

She wanted to just bury the past and never talk about it ever again.

Little did they know is that Ethan had been accidentally eavesdropping in their conversation.

He heard loud and clear what Elia said. He carefully closed the door and walked out of the house.

He sat on the beach and looked pensively at the sea trying to sort out his thoughts.
