174 Chapter 174: Through the fire and flames 6

A handsome bespectacled man was sitting in a leather sofa.

He was in a pitch dark room and only the light from the television illuminates the place.

His clothes were covered in blood and he had a grim look on his face as he watched the TV.

The story about the explosion in BYTE Empire were all over the news.

The Lee group of companies who owns the BYTE empire had held a press conference about the incident.

Many were speculating that it was a terror attack and the reporters flocked outside the company as they interview the employees.

Everyone wanted to have any piece of information and have their own exclusive reports.

The spokesperson of BYTE empire addressed the issue.

They claimed that it was a faulty wiring and not as exaggerated as terror attack.

They told everyone that only two people had suffer a minor injury  to not scare the public and other employees.

The Lee family had taken measure in covering up the incident.

The bespectacled man loudly laughed as he heard the news.

His laughter resonated across the room. Then he looked at the whining man lying under his feet.

He stomped the man hard in his stomach and blood spurted out of his mouth.

He was playfully holding a white queen wooden chess piece.

"Its your pawn first, next time it will be you."

He said then he chucked the chess piece inside the mouth of the man lying helplessly under his feet.

The man choked and he tried to spit out the chess piece out of his mouth.

The bespectacled man smirked as he watch the man trying his best to gag and remove the chess piece.

He cupped the man's mouth open, the man struggled to get away from the bespectacled man as he squirmed his face but the bespectacled man's grasp was strong.

The bespectacled man then pour a bottle of turpentine oil (¹) in the man's mouth.

The man coughed but the bespectacled man bend his head backward and he covered his nostrils making him unable to breath.

The helpless man out of reflex had swallowed the turpentine oil in his mouth.

The bespectacled man wickedly laughed at the helpless man.

He dragged the man onto the kitchen and with a sharp knife he randomly slashed the helpless man's body and poured wine on the man's fresh wound.

The helpless man whimpered in agony.

He wanted to shout at the top of his lungs and cry for help but the turpentine oil had made his throat coarsed and hot.

Whenever he tried to speak he will instantly felt a sharp unbearable pain.

The helpless man looked at the bespectacled man with pleading eyes.

"You're planning to hurt my beloved? You brought it upon yourself!!"

The handsome bespectacled man said.

He punch the man's face and the helpless man was knocked unconscious from his assault.

He drag the man out of the house and he went to the city dock.

He carried the man to his boat and then, he put the man inside a barrel full of wet cement then he tightly closed the lid.

The bespectacled man started his boat and in the middle of the sea, he throw the barrel out of the open water.
