She solemnly looked at him, the she started to tell him about Brandon and the painting.

Ian was seething as he listened to her story.

He wanted to find Brandon and flay him alive.

Tia knew that he was getting agitated so she stopped talking and tightly hugged him.

"I want you to promise me that you will never torture anyone again."

She whispered as she tightened her embrace. She's afraid that once Ian go on berserk mode again, he would lose his sanity in the process.

She couldn't afford for that to happened. So as early as now, she wanted to set a boundary for him.

A line that he wouldn't dare to cross.

Ian looked straight in her eyes. He was conflicted.

He wasn't really confident that he can fulfill that promise to her.

"I can't guarantee it. Tian-Tian."

He honestly confessed. He couldn't lie to her.

"You must try. Please for my sake, please try."

Tia pleaded as tears trickle down her face as she tried to suppressed her cry.

She was afraid for Ian's well being.

Kenny had told her that it would be harder for Ian to recuperate once he got back to his old habits.

" If he succumb to his rage once more, then brother Ian would've gone to the point of no return.

Sister in law, you're the element that can make or break this treatment.

Brother Ian listens to you so you can persuade him and tamed him but you can also "break" the process.

If something bad happened to you, his emotional state will be in turmoil. So please take extra care sister in law.

Not just for your sake but for brother Ian as well."

Kenny had explained to her that she's the deciding factor for the treatment back when she first learned about the extent of Ian's situation.

Tia's tears were Ian's weakness. Once he saw her crying the rage in his heart suddenly vanished.

He hugged her tightly. He knows that Tia was just anxious for his own good.

"Tian-Tian I promised you, I won't ever hurt anyone again. I will keep my promise even if I die so please stop crying now okay. I won't do it ever again."

He softly coaxed her. His soothing voice had calmed down her scattered emotions.

'Tian-Tian, for you I will try my best to not succumb to hatred. I'll try my very best to keep my promise.'

He inwardly vowed to her. He wanted to be fully healed so Tia can live a life without worry.
