"Im fine. Just a little light headed and hungry I guess."

"It's okay. You're stats are normal. You just need to rest for today then you're good to go.

Just eat soft food for lunch then you can have you're usual dinner later."

Kenny advised. As the doctor and patient were conversing with each other Ian was brooding on the side.

He had already talked to Sean Chan about passing to him the CEO position for BYTE Empire.

He only wanted to devote his time and focused on being a good house husband to his wife.

But now, he also wanted to be a doctor. So that he could be the only one who can hold and take care of his Tian-Tian.

Tia sensed his menacing glare towards Kenny. She just shook her head.

Kenny wasn't bother by his death glare. He was used to his patients having real killing aura so he wasn't really fazed by his brother Ian.

After his diagnosis, he left the couple and went back to the guest room.

He let out a sigh of relief seeing Mei Chen hiding under the covers.

Little by little, snippets of her drunken memories emerge to her mind.

She felt ashamed of the things that she had done.

She remembered vomiting and a girl had helped her changed her clothes.

Last night, the maid Kenny had tasked to look after her had helped her clean up when she vomited after Kenny was summoned by Ian.

She felt so embarrassed especially when she recalled that she had repeatedly asked Kenny about his feelings for her.

She doesn't know what to do but hide her embarrassment.

She swore she will not get drunk ever again.

"Little Mei, get up we're going back to the hospital."

Kenny called her out. Seeing Mei Chen didn't budge he moved closer to the bed then sat beside her.

"It's your fault!"

Mei Chen said aggrievedly. She's blaming Kenny for her drunken episode last night.

If not for his confusing treatments towards her, she wouldn't even resort to drinking more than she could take.

"What are you talking about? Hmm... Tell me."

Kenny feigned ignorance. But he knew exactly what Little Mei was sulking about.

"Forget it."

Mei Chen removed the bed sheet revealing her pouty expression.

She covered her face with her little hands and hastily ran to the bathroom.

Kenny just laughed seeing how cute Mei Chen's bashful face was.

After she had washed her face, she came out bowing her head, avoiding eye contacts with Kenny.
