The light was so bright that Mei Chen's vision turned blurry.

Then she heard a familiar tune.

As her eyesight adjusts to the blinding light, to her surprise, her favorite indie band was playing in front of her.

They're playing one of her favorite covers. "more today than yesterday" by Goldfingers.

She didn't move a muscle. She had no idea what's going on.

As the song started playing she saw a silhouette slowly walking towards her.

Her heart beats so fast and tears started flowing down her face.

She recognize who was approaching her and she finally understood what's happening.

Kenny was holding a bouquet of 99 red roses. He was remiscing as he listened to the song.

It's true he didn't know exactly when he fell for her. At first he thought it was when he saw her at the concert.

But he reckoned that maybe it was during that time when she kissed him.

Mei Chen was sobbing when she saw Kenny's handsome smiling face wearing a well tailored suit and holding the flowers. She hastily gave him a warm embrace.

She couldn't deny the fact that she missed him. All she could think about was him.

If she could ever see him again after what happened.
