Kenny was waiting for his princess to come out of the room.

He was sitting at a nearby bench in the hallway when he heard the clicking sound of Mei Chen's stilettos as she waltz her way towards him.

He looked up, and the instance that his eyes laid on her, he was petrified.

He was completely mesmerized of her looks.

He had already imagined how she would look like as he choose the red dress for her, but actually seeing her is way better than what he had in his mind.

He didn't know that she could surprise him even more.

She looked like a fire goddess dazzling in her red dress.

"Stunning."

He murmured. The he cleared his throat.

"Who are you? Where did you take my Mei-Mei?"

He jokingly said as he regain his composure.

Mei Chen blushed hearing his compliments while he held her hand and they walked towards the parking lot.

The nurses who saw them couldn't believe their eyes. They were all shocked at how jawdropping Mei Chen's transformation was.

"Mei-Mei do you trust me?"

Kenny asked as they reached his car. Mei Chen wasn't sure of what he's about to do.

But still she nodded, cause she completely trust him. She wouldn't accept his proposal if she don't.

Kenny wrapped a piece of cloth in her eyes. Blindfolding her.

"Hey, what are you on to?"

"Just trust me. It's a surprise."

"...."

Kenny reassured her then they drove out of the hospital.

A few minutes later, Kenny pulled over and escorted Mei Chen out of the car.

They carefully walked outside. Mei Chen's sensation was heightened due to the blindfold and she could hear the things around her.

The zooming noise of the car, the beeping sound of the elevator.

She was trying to figure out where Kenny had taken her.

She heard the doors unlocking, hurried footsteps and hushing sound.

Kenny then removed the blindfold.

"Hey, where the hell did you ta..."

Mei Chen got interrupted when she saw where they were.

. They were inside of a room filled with rose petals and scented candles on the floor leading upto the dinner table in the middle.

The place looked so romantic added with the fragrance coming from the candles gives out a relaxing aroma.

The room was pitch dark and only the light from the candles and a spotlight at the dinner table illuminates the place.
