128 Time To Move Out: Part 7

Thursday, 23th of April 2021. Outskirts of the capital. 2300 Hours. Task force Omega. Lynn, Clara, and Patrick.

Three contractors were hiding in the greenery. They were wearing a woodland uniform and wore a green face paint on their faces. Three of them were also wearing Bonnie hats to cover their hairs, especially Lynn since her hair was white.

"If there's something bothering me as a contractor, I feel like a harem king," Patrick said as he crawled over the greenery overlooking a small military firebase.

"Well, I'm your girlfriend, Clara is your friend. Or else...," Lynn said menacingly.

"No thanks, one is enough," Patrick said as he continued crawling on the ground.

Three of them were conducting a stealth operation to make an ID card for Alpha and Charlie so they could easily pass through the security and steal the heavy-lift helicopter.

The main problem with that stealth operation was the task force omega didn't have any idea about the complex in front of them. They only knew the basic layout according to the map on the PDA.

[Enemy Spotted]

Patrick opened the PDA and saw that there were a lot of large red circles that had the description [Enemy Predictive Field Of Movement].

"Sixteen circles. Sixteen guards. Scout the area," Lynn said and Patrick grabbed his binocular. He searched for guards that were stationed in the military base in front of them.

"Two guards have been spotted. Marking... I see a power source," Patrick pointed the binocular at a power source.

The red circle turned into a red X after the enemy was marked. The power source was marked with a yellow thunder symbol.

"Serval, give me the Cheytac," Patrick said and Clara handed him a suppressed rifle that could blow that electric generator in a single shot.

Patrick put a bullet inside that rifle and pulled the trigger. Bullet immediately flew to that electric generator and made a large spark and the base in front of them was immediately darkened.

"Phew, it should solve one problem. Let's move," Patrick stood up from the ground and walked slowly to that base. Their objective was the administration office where they could get an empty ID card for a pilot. The journey to that office was hard.

"Commence radio silence. Using voice is unauthorized," Lynn said as she cut the wire fence of that military base and the others followed her from behind.

Little did they know, making a blackout removed a problem and created another problem. The guards were wearing night-vision goggles now and that was a very ugly situation. The darkness just became their enemy.

They kept following Patrick from behind as they walked to the administration office in that military base. It was the main building that was guarded by three guards in their NVG.

Clara poked Patrick's back and pointed her finger at a dumpster located not so far away from that administration office. Patrick gave a thumbs up and three of them carried those dead bodies on their back.

They put the bodies one by one in the dumpster and continued their walk to the administration office. The main entry point, the door, wasn't guarded, so they chose that as an entry point.

Patrick stood in front of that door and asked Lynn to open that door with her lockpick. Lynn started fiddling with the lock of that door with pins and not long after that, the door was immediately opened.

Patrick walked to the left direction while Clara and Lynn walked in the right direction in order to find that ID card. Patrick checked his corner and found that there was no soldier in that area.

According to the map, there wasn't any hostile in that building. He was free to move everywhere as long as he was careful enough at moving from corner to corner and didn't make any unnecessary voice.

Patrick must search for the administration's main office where they stored the card template for the ID so Stacy could make a fake one. They also needed to plan something on that administration computer, a backdoor for hacking that must be plugged into the hard drive.

Patrick found the room where the ID card template was located. He just has to force his way inside. He grabbed his lockpick and started picking on that door until the lock was opened.

He opened that door and immediately greeted by the soft breeze of cold air from an air conditioner. He found a cardboard box that was full of plastic cards that had a similar appearance to the ID template.

Patrick checked it and it was a perfect match. He took a package of those empty cards and put it inside his bag. The job of opening a computer and put a backdoor on the hard drive was Clara and Lynn's job so Patrick didn't have to open a computer.

Patrick immediately got out of that room and closed the door. He made sure that nothing changed since he didn't want anyone to trace him down. Patrick headed back to the entrance where they split their way.

Clara and Lynn were already there. They might find the computer faster than Patrick. Patrick asked, "Find the computer?"

Clara nodded and they got out of that building. They walked back to the broken fence. They got out of the military base safely and unscratched. It was a successful mission.

"Did you install the backdoor?" Patrick asked Lynn.

"Yeah, did you get the empty ID?" Lynn asked.

"Yup," Patrick said as he showed them the ID card that he brought from that administration office in the military base.

"Great, all we have to do is bring this template to Kilo. She will forget a new ID for Shaddam and Aveline," Clara said as they walked back into the forest that was located beside the military base.
