Chapter 42 - 1 - Note from the Author

Dear my fellow readers,

Before you read this volume, I'm giving you some new information about other characters, places, events, etc. This will serve as guidelines for reading this and the future volumes. I know this sounds nuts, crazy, and ridiculous, but that's my own view.

In the Alola region, Ash's Greninja came back to him after completing its mission in Kalos of destroying every dark Zygarde roots, making Ash much stronger than ever. Also in the Alola region, Ash brought his Unova starters and by the end of the last Alola series, all of them had evolved into their final evolutions, with Samurott in Alolan form. Ash had received a Lucario from Sir Aaron in a dark place called The Other Side of Alola, the opposite of the real world. Also, various Legendary Pokémon like Volcanion appeared in the Alola, asking Ash for help. Ash also discovered new forms of Greninja like Lava Form, and new Ash forms of Lycanroc and Charizard, with new types as well.

After a long time after the Alolan series, Ash was allowed by Arceus to own Rayquaza, but just a trial of trust and worthiness to own one. Also, Ash had revisited the previous regions he had already visited. And overtime, Ash Ketchum became so strong and clever that other people, including his own friends, could not beat him in a Pokémon battle.

Back at Pallet Town, Delia, Ash's mother had recently married Martin, the brother of Pete, Ash's biological father who died in a war. Ash had totally accepted his new father, and Martin even had opened a new gym in their town. That gym was a Steel-type one. Even so, Martin became very aware if Ash's dual sides, Dark Ash, the evil one, and his twin brother, Light Ash, the angel-like one. They both existed in within Ash himself. But the side effects is that Ash can turn dark due to his scar in his right eye at any time. Because of this, Ash had to wear a cloth that covers his right, dark eye, and can switch it to the other one, making him dark.

Dark Ash is an evil demon-like person, who had red eyes, sharp teeth, and dark presence. He can suck a person's soul and store it in a small, magic, mystical sack called the Life Sack. He can also send a person to the World of Fears, a world where a person's worst fears are revealed depending what fear the person have. Light Ash, on the other hand, was an angel one. He was a good, calm one, with a light presence, a halo and a pair of wings. He can heal injuries and restore bodies. Both coexist within Ash's body. Both Ash's parents are fully aware of his duality.

Also, Ash had two unknown siblings currently resided in the Tahod and Kalos regions. They were separated since childhood. One had a job and lives in a rental hotel room, while the other currently lives in a home of a gym leader. Lastly, he had a cousin in another town version of Pallet Town.

Ash also was a ninja, stealth and smart. He had a horde collection of ninja weapons ranging from kunai knives to ninja katana swords. One of them, is the Alolan sword made from rocks and steel of meteorites. It is so strong and durable that not even a strong force would break it.
