52 Chapter 51: Pill

"Ohh one last thing when pills are finished depending on the quality there can be impurities within the process mostly during the first stage as it is the stage where technique is most challenged. Pills within there own realm are classified by percentages or names the percentage being from 10% - 100% as below 10% isn't considered a pill but trash. From 10% to 40% is Low Quality, 41% to 60% is Mid Quality, 61% to 80% is High Quality, 81% to 99% is Peak Quality and lastly is 100% which is considered near impossible for most alchemists is Perfect Quality. This is Quality is really rare but due to the techniques I learned gaining perfection is not that difficult for me of course practice is still needed but you'll eventually get there." said Yan'er

After explaining the process and basic information of pill concocting. Yan'er began to light the cauldron.

"Yun'er whenever you want to concoct pills you'll need a flame. Beast flames like mine are preferred as opposed to natural flames. There are several classes of flames ranging from quality and or beast. The best flames are the flames of a Phoenix. But after that are the flames of a Dragon but unlike Phoenix flames they are more volatile if they aren't truly subdued." said Yan'er

"Of course because you have true dragon bloodline once you become a True Dragon by ridding yourself of the human part will you have your own flame so that's not aplicable to you. Also flames are divided by Mortal, Divine, Godly, and Primordial. Mortal being the worst quality and the latter being the best. Remember when concocting pills your flame has to be at least the Realm in which you are concocting pills at for example an Immortal Pill requires a Divine Flame. Lastly all flames can be found within their respective realm of course only a flame of that realms level can be found nothing higher can exist as it would have ascended already. For example a Divine flame can exist in any realm above the Divine realm but not in the Mortal Realm." said Yan'er

"Right now let's get on with the process." said Yan'er

As she said that she started concocting. She first started by picking up the herbs and the core with her soul strength warping them in it so as to avoid any impurities form forming on them. She then guided them into the cauldron and kept them about 10 inches above the flame. After that she unwrapped them from her soul strength slowly so as to introduce the herbs to the heat at a moderate pace.

(A/N: This avoids the problem of temperature. Say for example she spiked her flame temp on accident the temp of the herbs won't be changed at all allowing for a flush procedure.)

Once the herbs were heated they started liquifying into the Essence of the herb. Lastly she introduced more temperature so as to remove any impurities in the Essence.

After completing the first step she went for the second step. The Essences which had been floating by each other wrapped in soul strength were moving towards each other. After they got close Yan'er connected the soul holding them together and started pushing them together slowly. The Essences kept trying to reject each other but due to her soul being strong they couldn't do anything so they ended up combining with out any problems.

(A/N: For any of you who want to complain about how her soul is weak. Her soul within the Tower is at max being a soul at Primordial Strength the reason her soul is weak outside is due to her body not being able to sustain such soul strength which is why her soul strength is tethered to her Essence and body cultivation.)

After mixing them she moved to the last step. The size of the combination was about the size of a football obviously this wasn't small enough to be edible so she started condensing them with her soul. Once the size dropped to the size of a walnut she started to let the temperature drop. As the temperature dropped the pill started to harden. After it hardened Yan'er opened the lid and brought out the pill. The pill was red and it looked like pure porcelain due to it being a pill without any impurities.
