352 7.80 Everyone Got Their Tomes, Now It's Time To Level Up...

Back at Camp Salvation in the evening, Will.I.Am handed the pouches of shards that were left by the dwarves for me and I kept them in my storage. The same goes to the Stanspar gems that Will.I.Am had harvested every 6 times a day and handed me the pouch as well.

These shards would be turned to fair gems by the end of the 90 days and we would either be moving depending on our next destination of where we wanted to relocate. Even though our current Camp Salvation seems ideal since we are in between York and Leeds, things may change whatsoever.

It's as though we can't leave our dwarven friends behind after being acquainted for more than 4 months. Harrogate seems nice to relocate as there are some smaller towns within a cluster of 1 kilometre or so.

"Not a cheat, but just a loophole only. If I could duplicate the gems, it would be even better, right? Naahh...don't abuse the system that is already been set up perfectly now. Hahaha...we won't want to be labelled as cheaters, do we? Just manipulators would sound nicer this way. Hahaha."

After an hour or so, all the 80 adventurers had read and learnt their tomes and since it's still early to move out, they decided to practise kn the Shouts and also their new found skills. They set up a formation based on their class and executed the newly acquired skills.

It was like a squad of soldiers performing their drills and the Druids, Necromancers and Mages had gone further where they practised their Juggernaut walls and ice spikes and manages to make a sort of zigzag right angle turns of paths made from ice walls and when the tine limit is up, another one was summoned and it took quite a timely coordination to accomplish it.

Those zig zag path with 90 degrees turning angle made the paths of the demons slow and arduous even when the width is three abreast. With the ice spikes that protrude from the ground, it shows the advancement to a crawl and this would easily be finished off by the Archers while the remaining would be by the Swordsman and Barbarians.

That's what it seems on plain battleground with no enemies around.

After a hearty lunch, we all made off towards Leeds and informed Will.I.Am that we might be back after dusk as we planned to have at least 15 battles for today and would be taking a short break after each battle.

With the current NVA, we would be going against a large army of 2 times of our normal size with a monetary gold coins reward of 55%. The adventurers informed us that they would give 20% of the proceedings to Will.I.Am for the upkeep of their daily meals and insist of doing so.

And so we went to Leeds and looked up at the available battles from the bulletin boards. Our marching adventurers that entered town was elegant and orderly with identical 8 pieces of studded leather armour. If not for the banners bearing the coat of arms that was fluttering in the wind carried by the Swordsman and Barbarians, other adventurers won't know it's the Band of Vagabonds with their motto 'Ready To Strike'.
