The newly recruited 15 Paragons, as well as the 40 new adventurers that were made of Assassins, Berserker, Warriors, Rangers, Mages, Druids, Necromancers and Amazonian Fighters assembled in front of us and we, explained the rules and regulations for joining the band. As all of them were Level 2 to Level 4 Vagabonds, they decided not to join any class because of the heavy clan contribution needed just for acquiring a new skill.
"Welcome to The New Vagabonds Army and a part of the family of the Band of Vagabonds. You had now understood the rules and regulations and your sergeants had already compiled those skills that the new adventurers are lacking."
"Please come forth to collect your Tomes now, read and learn those skills before we head out to the party raids tomorrow after breakfast," I commanded and the tomes were handed out accordingly to the new adventurers.
"Sergeants, please distribute these 8-piece set of Steel Mesh Studded Leather Armor to your men, they had been socketed according to strength, damage ratings and hit points. Please ensure that you pin the coat of arms on your chest armour." I advised as the sergeants handed the new Studded Leather armour to the new adventurers and they removed their plain leather ones away which I took to be salvaged in the fusion chamber.
"We will be rolling out upgrades in your weapons according to class and we would begin with the Assassins first. Please place your daggers here and we would be upgrading them accordingly. Please remember, level 1 refinements would not be lost during the upgrade but level 3 ones would drop to Level one back again."
The 15 Assassins placed their daggers on the table before me and those were 20 Epics and 10 Common. I had to turn the Common ones to Epic first before I began the process of upgrading them.
"Please ask from your Captains for the funds in doing the refinements right after the weapons upgrade."
'Robin, so we need to divide the cost of the weapons refinement after this for them, right? How about the Assassins and Berserkers who had 2 weapons each?" asked Stef as she made a mental calculation of 13,500 gold coins each from the captains to refine a single weapon to Level 3.
"In that case, Assassins and Berserker would refine both of their weapons to Level 2 first right after their weapons had been upgraded."
"Alright, I would be doing the upgrades for Assassins first followed by their short swords next once I'm done with this," I said as I entered into my tent that had been set up in the outskirts of York Town as we decided to rough it out and let the new adventurers have a feel of bonding with the rest of the seniors.
I went into my Realm of Mind and into the fusion chamber where I place a common dagger and a refined steel plate and turned the slider to CREATE / WEAPON, closed the door and pulled the lever. In a short while, I had created an Epic Dagger.
After turning the 10 common daggers to epic, I socketed the gems accordingly and I place the dagger once more and another refined steel plate. I choose DESIGN / Weapon and choose another design, this time with gems socketed inside them. I wonder what the result would be.
*DING* Design Success. Epic Class 3 socket SoulSnatcher Assassin's Dagger crafted.
I marvelled at the creation as it had a type of knuckle duster handle and a short 5-inch curvy blade. It had a tribal design on the blade as well.
"Niceeeeee... This is a more remarkable blade indeed." I chuckled to myself and proceeded to craft the rest of them. And soon by 45 mins, I had done with the new crafts and I logged off and went back to the group and handed their daggers back.
The group of Assassins were very delighted with their new blades and it makes them more deadly to the eyes of the beholder. I soon took their 15 of their short swords and went back to the tent where I meditated and proceed to craft their new blades.
*DING* Design success. Epic Class 3 socket Sephora Emerald Assassin's Sword crafted.
Once again I exited through the tent 15 minutes later and showed them the masterpiece and the Assassins were ecstatic when they received their new short sword. The infused gems had been a part of their hilt and there are another 3 more new sockets.
Next up would be Gotham and the 15 of the spears of the Amazonian Fighters. Once again I repeated the process of turning the common to epic and the designing the new spears for the Amazonian.
*DING* Design success. Epic Class 3 socket Messenger Amazonian Spear.
*DING* Design success. Epic Class 3 socket Disembowler Staff and Spear Combo.

I emerged from the tent holding the new Amazonian Spears and handed it to them. "Ngibona kakhulu. Lo mkhonto muhle kakhulu futhi uyesabisa !!!" cried the Amazonian Fighters as they bowed and kowtowed to the ground and ran off with their new spears and performed a war dance.
"Here, old friend, its the Disemboweler now with a spear tip and a thumper at the end, "I said as I handed the spear and staff combo to Jean Lethal. The moment he held the weapon in his hand, he read the new stats and discovered that the spear had a minimum +520 to 3,120 damage per hit per second and a hadn't been coupled with his own attributed yet.
He held the spear in his hand and saw the twisted edge of the spear tip and a serrated edge at the ferrule which means a stab and a twist would render it's enemy helpless. No medic is able to help that poor guy as his guts would be disembowelled. O U C H...!!!
"Next up, Warriors and Berserker swords. Please hand them up to me. This would not be the last, as I need to take a break from all these fusions. Granny's little cutie pie, could you prepare me a cranberry tea please, while you pass me your sword as well... "
I beckoned for Vendetta as I took mine out as well. There are 32 swords to design so I would craft those common ones to epic before doing anything else.
....
"What type of designs should I have for those swords?" I rubbed my chin as I had completed crafting those common ones and was so socketing them with gems.
I flipped through the design book and found one that would prove useful in battles, that's what I thought initially. In the end, I settled for a Rune Sword design and I immediately churn the crafting process.
*DING* Crafting success. Epic Class 3 socket Rune Sword with 3 magic properties crafted.
"Eeeehhh, magic properties? It says here +300 - 666 Fire, Cold and Poison Damage per hit per second. Otherwise, it would be just +300 damage based on its own. Eeehhhh... Means our Warriors and Berserker would be upgraded to Magic Knights in Studded Leather armour... Hahahahaha... "
I laughed hysterically and I laughed still when I exit from the tent carrying 30 swords in my arms and I laid it down on my table.
"What's so funny, silly boy... You haven't done with my sword yet, right?" Matilda eyes me as she saw 30 new swords in their scabbard before me.
"Mighty Warriors and Berserker, come and collect your swords now. These will be called 'Truthseekers'." I announced and they stepped up and retrieve their swords. It looked lighter and weighs even lighter but when they saw the attributes, they were shocked.
"Sir Robin, these are damage control swords, just a normal one has a +300 damage and if we imbue magic into it, it shoots to +300-666 damage per hit per second?! Thank you so much, Sir Robin... We owe our lives to NVA...!!! H O O A A H H...!!!"
"What did you do, Robin? How come their swords have magic that can be bind together?" asked Stef as she held a sword in her hand and it turned to flames and then to frost. All the warriors and berserkers need to learn would be the poison, fire and cold passive spell.
"I have no idea, I just choose a normal crafting sword and it became a magical one instead. I better get back and do up Vendetta and mine and I would like to rest an hour before I get to work again." I explained as I turned and went back to the tent.
After 15 minutes I had emerged from the tent, exhausted but feeling very delightful as I handed Matilda her sword. It's now called Vendetta II, and it has a base damage of +390 damage per hit per second. On top of that, the blade has +900-1490 of Holy Damage and adds +600-750 to Strength and Dexterity. The blade has a red fiery aura the moment it was unsheathed.
Mine was totally destroyed and it was named as Fury with the same attribute as Vendetta II except my sword has a blue fiery aura to it. A short four-letter word that starts with FU. Hahahahahaha.
Stef went to buy a plate of braised pork belly and white rice to replenish my spent Essense as I went back and forth in the Realm of Mind and had made the 30 daggers, 15 shortswords, 30 magical swords and 2 Legendary Level 1 Sword for Matilda and mine.
When I checked the status of my Blacksmith, Forging and Craftsmanship, I just discovered that I had worked on these and had risen to Advanced Level. The Fusion and crafting of the Orc Class weapons and armour had risen it from Intermediate to Advanced Level.
From the recent blades that I made for Matilda and mine, it would be Legendary all the way even though it was in its infant Level 1. Hahahaha... What an accomplishment indeed...!!!
After resting for an hour, I asked for the Battle Axes from the Berserkers and the Bows from the Rangers and I had crafted for them 'Hallowed Breach' Battleaxes with a +491 damage per hit per second, with +350 to Strength, Dexterity and Constitution and 'Yang's Recurve Bow' with +670 damage per second, +650 to Dexterity, +900-1590 Magical Damage.
I handed them their bows and battle axes and were surprised that it had a brand new look and also with new devastating powers. They thanked me profusely and began to swing their axes in a dangerous manner and were shooed away further not to hurt any bystanders around. Cheeeyyyy.....!!!
Last but not least, Necromancer summons the dead and casts spells mainly using their bare hands, Druids summon the elements and wild beasts using their minds while the Mages uses their staffs. I took all the 16 staffs and went to the Realm of Mind for the last time in that evening and turned the 16 staffs into 'Mark of Magi' with an incredible amount of +1692 damage and +1117 to 1789 damage to 5 random magical properties.
I made a 15 'Immortal King's Triumph' helm for the Druids that had a +397-471 armour, +626-750 to 3 of their attributes and +4 of other magical properties.
I then made 15 pairs of Asheara's Gloves that had 251-391 armour, +6 magical properties, +100% resistance to all Elements and +55% to their Health. This would suit the Necromancers fine.
The Gloves and Helms were made from the leather equipment that the new adventurers had exchanged for the Epic ones and the ones that I had created for the Mages, Druids and Necromancer are all Legendary Level 1 and there a total of 100 Levels each for the Legendary items.
Time for a party, boys...!!!
