I stare at him sleeping peacefully beside me. It irks me but at the same time, he was too cute to disturb. I stare at the marks I made on his body and I'm tempted to trace them with my finger. They made me feel powerful, like I truly owned his body. Well, I did. The stupid mark Burmi put on him hurt me more than I could take, knocking me out too. Well, at least I got his seed in me.

Muni is a leech that infringes on people's life however she pleases. She drugged me so I could have sex with him. It's so annoying how much of my life she controls. I hate it.

I've been looking for a solution to my problem, after what she did to me. It's hard to defy a goddess, when you're not one yourself.

When I was younger, I was born with a divine spark. It's a seed that connects the host to the divine energy of the world. It's what makes one ascend to be a god. Muni wasn't born with a divine spark though she's an ascended goddess. She used a special method to ascend, something other people weren't privy to. When she found out I had a divine spark, she kidnapped me, ripped it out of me and used it on herself. After she was done, she tossed me to the other gods who toyed with me like I was a plaything and threw me back on earth.

I was at the brink of death when I stumbled upon Anak's lake. He saved me, nursed me back to health and delivered me back to my parents. Since then, I've been living a half life. I told none of my parents of my accident and no one knows till today that I only have a few years to live. That's the main reason Muni is forcing me to bear a child. She couldn't care less about me. I'm just a pawn to her, we all are.

The body beside me stirs. I watch as his eyes open and it registers in his mind that I'm staring at him. He quickly shifts to the other end of the bed and greets me shakily. He puts on his clothes quickly and leaves. Tries to anyways, I lock the door with my magix. I watch him lazily.

"I never said you could leave" I said. He flinched.

"Do you need anything your majesty?"

"As a matter of fact, I do. Come closer"

He hesitates for a while but obeys me. He stood before me, shivering slightly. I pulled him by his cuff and kiss him. I infuse my magix into the kiss, healing him of the marks.

"You can leave now. If you go out with those marks, people would think I'm trying to kill you"

"oh, okay" He says with a hint of sadness and leaves. It confuses me why he's sad. Did he want those marks? Why would anybody want those?

"Darling, aren't you coming for breakfast?" mother calls out from the other side of my door.

"I'll be with you in a few minute" I reply and go clean myself.

Jeir is at the dinning table alongside Jayar and mother. Lesker is there too. They're all waiting for me. I seat and we eat. After breakfast, Lesker is dragged off by Jayar while I leave for my office with Jeir tailing close behind.

"So, how did you feel? Was it good? I heard some noises from your room so it had to be good"

"Eavesdropping is a bad habit Jeir"

"How else would I hear the good stuff? C'mon tell me. Everyone's dying to know since you haven't killed him yet"

"You could all commit suicide to speed up the process. I don't really care what you all feel or think. I have work to do"

"You're no fun Kohra"

"I don't intend to be" I say and slam the door in her face. I heard her huff and march away angrily.

Despite being my favorite cousin, she's very annoying. Anything I tell her would circulate the palace in seconds. I didn't want that.

There are a lot of documents sitting on my desk, waiting for my attention. I sigh and get to work on them. Halfway through the documents, I see a book. By the cover, it's an erotic book. It was probably sneaked in by Jeir when she delivered it to my office. My first instinct was to throw it away but a closer look at the title of the book changed my mind.

It read Diamonix which was a rough translation to the word Dominatrix. It piqued my interest immediately. I set the remaining documents aside and begin reading the book. A lot of the tools mentioned in the book, I had seen before in the confinement room.

After reading the book till the end, I was completely enraptured by the contents. So enraptured, I wanted to try it. I decided to send a message to a particular princess who happened to be the royal torturer. I smirked in anticipation of what I was going to do when the sun set that day.
