"When will Anna be back?" Nathalia wondered. At this moment she was sitting at the cafeteria along with her two childhood friends, Lannie, and Aaron who just came back from his mission.
"I don't know. Aaron, you're Anna's twin you must have know when will she come back right?" Lannie asked.
Ever since Aaron came back from his mission. Nathalia and Lannie have been pestering him about Anna. Right now, he could even feel his veins popping out because of the annoyance he is feeling with Lannie and Nathalia.
"For the last time, I do not know when!" He said angrily as she slammed his hands on the table. Everyone in the cafeteria was startled and was looking at his direction but Aaron does not care.
"But you are her twin," Nathalia said while frowning.
"Just because I'm her twin that does not mean that I can telepathically connect to her!" The two girls place first in his list of annoying people. They've beaten Crona from his list from that position. "Can the two of you stop these two from getting on my nerves?!" He said to Josh and Zen who are eating their food leisurely. As if they do not care about their surrounding.
The five of them so emerged in their own world that they did not notice a certain someone coming near them. That was the person that they have been wondering about.
Slowly she walks near them. The first one to notice her is Josh. He was about to say something but Anna signaled him not to.
"Stop being so—" Aaron did not have the chance to finish his words when someone suddenly blocks his sight. A pair of smooth hands cover his eyes and a familiar sweet scent invaded his nose. Subconsciously Aaron smiled, "Welcome back dear sister."
"Yes. I'm back dear brother." Anna removed her hands and kiss her brother's cheeks then hugged him from the back.
"Anna you're back! Huhuhu! I miss you so much!" Lannie said as she wiped her invisible tears.
Anna could only chuckle at the childish action on Lannie then turned her attention to Zen, "Hey, how are you?" She asked.
Zen smiled, "I should be the one asking you that Anna. But I'm doing good thanks for asking." The day before Anna disappeared his mother told him that she will be on a short trip he did not ask why or where or even who is she even going with, but thinking about Anna's disappearance and his mother's sudden trip after the incident who wouldn't think that the coincidence of them disappearing would end up being them together on that trip.
Now he is wondering what were they doing all this time? Zen looked at Anna and observed her, she is still the same but there is something different from her. 'I guess I'll know sooner.'
"So where did you go?" Asked Josh.
"That's a secret. When the time comes I'm guessing that uncle Mike might take you to that place." She said with a hint of mysteriousness in her voice. When Anna mentioned his father Josh can't help but be more curious about the place Anna went to. 'Looks like my father has a lot of secrets that he did not tell me yet.'
"Can't wait for that time then," Josh said cooly and Zen and Nathalia can't help but shudder. They are not used to Josh's cool side they prefer seeing Josh being burying himself reading a book. Whenever he acts cool they felt that they are under him.
"So, anyway what did I miss?" Anna asked as she picked up a piece of french fry from her brother's food and then put it in her mouth. Anna's body was still aching from the so-called trip with Andrea that she can't overly move her body around but she is still able to hide the pain she is feeling. Somehow she felt proud of herself.
"My brother misses you," Lannie replied to Anna's question. Anna and Aaron raise both of their left brows when they heard that.
Anna laughed, "Goodness! Kyle? Hahaha! Nice joke Lannie, you already made my day." Even Aaron laugh at that statement of Lannie. Does Kyle Robertson miss his sister? What a funny joke. Kyle even barely know his sister; how could he even miss her.
"I never thought that you can also joke, Lannie," Aaron said but it only made Lannie pout at the twins in front of her. How could they find her words a joke; though she is not sure if her brother truly misses Anna there is no harm in assuming that way, right?
Anna and the others were having their talk until someone interrupted them. An unwanted guest that they all don't like came, "Umm... Anna, where have you been? Do you know how worried was I when I didn't see these past days." It was Rebecca along with her annoying acting of being the nicest person in the world.
Her presence ruined the harmony that surrounded Anna and the others. Their mood suddenly depleted when Rebecca suddenly butt in.
'What does she wants now?'
'What kind of show is she putting on now.'
The five of them looked at Rebecca with a bored look on their faces waiting for her to get out of their sights.
Rebecca saw the bored look they have on their faces and couldn't help but sneer at Anna. It's all because of Anna that the people who are sitting in front of her is not even taking a glance in her way. When Rebecca first came here in this school she originally planned to get along to all the popular people here so that it can boost her popularity despite the scandal she had.
With all the popular people surrounds her that scandal will disappear completely. But Anna ruined everything for her; she did not have the chance to execute her plan because of Anna.
Anna charmed her way of getting near the two stars of the student council, also with the two popular athletes in this school. 'Dirty b*tch how dare you charm your way of getting near with these amazing people. It should have been me being surrounded by them.'
"I don't think that I'm obligated to tell you about my situation, miss June," Anna said in a bored tone as she plays her brother's hair. Truth to be told, Anna only wants to spend the rest of the day with her brother and friends and having Rebecca in the picture is not part of her plan. 'Ahh... Please go away I don't want you to ruin my day.' Anna said in her mind.
