"I'll sleep here tonight." Aaron suddenly declared after entering Anna's room.
"Huh? Why?" Anna looks at her brother with a confused face. Her brother is already wearing his pajamas and holding his favorite pillow on his right hand. From the looks of it, her brother does not intend to ask for her permission on wanting to sleep in her room.
"I think I'm going to have a nightmare later." He said with a straight face.
Anna was in disbelief when she heard that from her brother. If her brother were to ask her, then she would agree without asking why, but him suddenly entering her room without knocking must mean something is bothering him. Who could have thought that her brother brought that lame excuse to her?
"Brother, you're a big boy now. You don't need me to comfort you if you're going to have a nightmare." In Anna's point of view, it should be her wanting some comfort from her sibling if she were to have a nightmare.
Aaron did not listen to her; he went straight to Anna's bed, then hugs his big pillow. He was about to close his eyes, but the person next to him took his pillow, then threw it on the floor.
"Hey! What's your deal?" Aaron asked with a frown on his face.
Instead of replying to her brother, Anna lay down next to her brother, then hugs him. "I don't know what is bothering you, but if you are going to sleep in my room, don't you dare bring your pillow here."
Whether her brother says it or not, Anna could feel that something is bothering her brother. She is curious to know, but she respects her brother; she will wait until her brother is ready to tell her what's bothering him.
"Fine." Aaron said, then hugs his sister back, "You're the best pillow anyways." Anna laughs in response; she did not mind what her brother said to her. She instead felt like it was a compliment.

Aaron is still wide awake, while his sister on his arms is sound asleep. His sister's hunch is right, there is something that is bothering him. It all started after the game ended.
"There is something about him that I can't pinpoint on." Aaron murmured.

[Moments earlier]
"Good job you little punks!" Aaron looks at his coach who is laughing in satisfaction. Along with their coach, Zen is also laughing happily.
"Coach! You gotta treat us for winning this!" Zen said with a large smile on his face.
"When the time comes, Zen. I will treat you guys!" Both Zen and Jackson were too loud that Aaron and Josh, could not bear to look at them.
"Wow. The game just ended, but it seems like your friend is still hype." The captain of the basketball team suddenly spoke from behind Aaron and Josh.
Not sure who Chris is talking to, Aaron and Josh replied at the same time, "Nonsense. I don't even know who is that guy is."
Chris smiled when he heard that. From Chris' perspective, the friendship between Aaron, Josh, and Zen are strong; even though they talk like that to each other, they trust one another deeply.
That friendship of theirs sometimes makes him jealous. He has friends, but it is not the same at what those three have.
Aaron and the other players are still in the court; Aaron wanted to change into a new set of clothes because he feels uncomfortable in his jersey, but his coach Jackson is keeping him from doing so.
Groaning in displeasure, Aaron subconsciously looks at the direction where his mother and sister. He frowned when he saw that the person next to his mother is gone. He also saw that the person next to Lannie is also gone.
"Aaron, where are you going?" Zen asked when he noticed Aaron walking away with a dark aura surrounds him. 'What ticks him off?'
"I'm going to search for my sister. Some sneaky lovesick fool kidnapped my sister." Before he could even let Zen speak, Aaron stomped his way to search for his sister.
As Aaron was walking in an empty hallway, he suddenly bumped into Leon and some unknown guy. "Aaron! What's the big rush?" Leon asked confusedly.
He heard Leon's question, but Aaron paid it no mind; he instead focuses his attention on the man next to Leon. This man seems very familiar to him, yet a stranger at the same time. Aaron felt that with this man's presence alone, he could make anyone bow down to him.
Noticing the stare Aaron is giving to his boss, Leon inwardly smirk. "This is my father." He said with a smile on his face. Arion forces a smile when he is once again introduced as Leon's father, 'Why am I putting up with this kind of lie?' Arion asked inwardly.
Hearing that Aaron, raises an eyebrow at Leon and asks, "Your father? Him? Are you sure? Though I hate to admit it, you are handsome, and you don't look a lot like your father." Aaron said bluntly and that hit Arion in the spot. "Did you got your genes from your mother?"
Leon is dying on the inside. It is hard for him to keep a normal look when both siblings, Anna and Aaron said the same thing. The only difference is that Aaron straightforwardly said it right in front of his boss without even batting an eye. 'Aaron, between you and your sister, you are the most ruthless one.' Leon said inwardly as he is dying on the inside from holding his laughter in.
Seeing that Leon is not replying back to Aaron, Arion took the initiative to talk to this blunt child of his. "Kid, don't you think that you're a bit too rude for our first meeting?" The first meeting Arion had with his son is the moment his son was born, and the only reason for him to say it like this is to avoid suspicion from his son and for his plan to succeed.
"If I offended you, then I'm sorry. But I don't really—" Aaron suddenly realized that he got sidetracked just by talking to these two in front of him; he had almost forgotten what his real reason for being in such a rush. "I don't have the time for this!" He declared, then started to walk away from Leon and Arion.
"Where are you going?" Leon asked.
"I'm going to find my sister! Some idiot took her away!" Aaron replied but did not look back.

[Present time]
Even though it was a brief meeting with Leon's father, Aaron felt that he had known him from way back. Even just by listening to that man's voice, Aaron truly felt that way. He wonders if he has another chance to talk to that man once again in a more respectful way.
"Maybe the next time I see him, I'll apologize more properly, right, dear sister?" Aaron said as he watches his sister sleeping right next to him.
