"Mary's what now?"
"Mary's parents are back," Harrison said with a hint of worry in his tone, and it is also clear that there is hatred in his words. He despises Mary's parents, in fact, calling them Mary's parents is an insult to Harrison.
He acted more as a parent towards Mary than those people who gave life to Mary. They don't deserve to be called parents after what they have done to his precious Mary.
"They're back? They sure have some guts to show their faces after they shooed Mary out." Arion knows that story between Mary and those bastards. And just like what Harrison feels towards them, he also despises them. "What do they want from my wife?"
Harrison sighed before he speaks again, "To be more precise, they want the twins to be under their care." In the years of faking his death, he has been busy trying to figure out why those shameless people suddenly making a move inside the country.
It was only a few days ago when he discovered that they are trying to take Mary's children. If Mary were to know that they are trying to get her children, Harrison knows that Mary will take drastic measures just to make sure that those people will die in a worst-case scenario.
In the world that they lived in, most people know that the organization that Mary and Arion handle is a group that should not mess with, and the most dangerous organization around the globe.
However, they are wrong, there is one group that is more dangerous than the organization Mary and Arion are running, even the Robertsons can't even compare to that group. Some think that group is only a myth and only a few people know that it truly exists.
"They are trying to repeat the same thing they did to Mary," Harrison added.
"There's no way in hell I'll let them experiment on my children!" Mary's parents are the ones who run that dangerous organization, and they are crazy as hell. When Mary was still a little child, she was forced to take different types of drugs and was tortured for resisting.
Mary did not have a very nice childhood memory because of her sycophant parents, and because of that, Mary gathers all her courage and run away from them. As she was on the run, she met Harrison, who will eventually become her master.
Mary made a lot of effort trying to get away from her crazy parents, but her efforts were wasted in an instant when they got a hold of her. At that time, Mary and Arion are already together, and Arion tried to bargain with Mary's crazy parents. But it always ends up in failure.
He wants to face them head-on, however, Arion knows that even if he did, he will be defeated in an instant. Mary's crazy parents are more powerful than him. But that did not stop him from trying to get Mary out of their clutches.
In a long story short, Mary made a deal with her crazy parents. She told them that she will give them the perfect experimental recipe that her crazy family has been trying to solve for generations. Mary did not bluff with them, she told them the truth. She perfected that experiment without using the same methods her parents did to her.
In exchange for the perfect recipe, Mary wants them to stay away from her until her very last breath. Of course, as greedy as they are, they agreed to Mary's deal, and that pained Mary very deeply. As much as she hates them, they are still her blood parents, and she has been longing for their love. But all they care about is perfecting that experiment, and to do that, they would even willing to sacrifice their own blood.
"At the very least, I really hoped that they would never break their deal with Mary, but now..." Arion is too angry that he could not even speak the way he wanted too. At first, he is already worried that his wife will experience pain again, but now that he knows that their real target is his children, his worry has turned into fear.
Fear that he never thought he would feel again.
"After what that backstabbing fool did to me, I was barely keeping myself alive. And thankfully there was someone who saved me. I was sent to the hospital, and on that hospital, I saw them and overheard what that they are gonna roam around the country."
As much as Harrison wanted to go back to where his wife is, he chose to play dead so that he can find out what Mary's parents wanted to do.
He knows that not telling anybody is wrong, however, in his point of view, it is the best thing to do because if he is the only one, then his investigation will not be known.
Arion looks at where his wife and children are, and sadness overwhelms him. He can't let anything happen to them. They are more precious than his life. "Seeing you here talking to me, I'm guessing that you want me to do something without letting Mary and the others know," Arion said straightforwardly.
"I know it may sound too much, but I want you to disappear from your family's lives until we know how to destroy those shameless people." Harrison knows that he is asking for too much, but he has no other choice. "I would like to do this by myself, however, those bastards, already found me poking my nose into their business, and they've sent many people after me. And since I'm already old, I don't have the stamina to keep running away from them, I will be eventually caught, and I want you to continue doing what I've started."
Arion, knew right away that Harrison is saying this because he has no other choice, and Arion understands that. If Arion were in Harrison's standing point, Arion would probably do the same thing.
With a heavy heart, Arion replied, "When should I start?"
"I'll contact you. You don't have to worry about anything at the moment, for now, I want you to spend more time with your family." Harrison wanted to make everything go fast, but he does not want Arion to leave his family immediately. He will give Arion more time to be with them because he got this feeling that it will be a long time before they are a whole again.

"Arion, where have you been?" Mary asked. She knows that she shooed her husband away, but she never thought that it would take him a long time to come back. For a moment, she thought that her husband is being like a child again and went home without them.
"I was watching you guys from afar. And besides! You shooed me away, and now you're asking me that?"
