"Bro, why are you glaring at me like that? What did I ever do to you!"
Does Kyle not noticed how much he cheers for him? Even though his boss doesn't like him for Anna, he on the other hand, likes him very much to be Anna's long lasting partner. Kyle should be thanking him instead! If it weren't for him, Anna would still be confuse about her feelings.
'Where is my justice!' Leon inwardly cried.
"You told Anna that I knew that her father is here. Why did you do it?" Kyle asked.
"What do you mean 'why'?" Leon spoke with a pout plastered on his face. "They were being honest with each other the other, so I can't help but be honest too. Besides, you didn't say that I should keep it a secret. So the fault is not on me."
After hearing Kyle's question, Leon now understand why Kyle is glaring at him. However, he did not feel bad about it because he believes that it's not his fault that he told Anna the truth. If Kyle didn't want him to tell Anna about it, he should have told him in the first place.
"Have you ever thought that if you told her, in which you did, could ruin the trust she has on me?" Kyle is sure that Leon also noticed that trust is the most impotant thing for Anna. She doesn't trust anyone that easily, and once the trust is broken, there is no turning back to the way it was before.
Leon opens his mouth, but he is unable to voice out a word. Slowly, he is starting to realized what also happened between Anna and Kyle.
"Oh, it's no wonder you're angry at me." Leon said as he put on a appologetic look. "I'm sorry, bro. It must have slipped my mind."
In Kyle's perspective, Leon doesn't look like he's very apologetic at all. To him, Leon is only acting like he is sorry when he is not. With that in mind, Kyle's blood is boiling in irritation by the person in front of him.
He really wants to choke Leon right at this moment. If Anna and Leon are not friends, he might already have done it. 'You're lucky that Anna is your friend.'

While Kyle and Leon are having their moments together, Anna and her father is currently having their own moment. A moment of silence.
Not liking the silence between them, Anna decided to break the ice. "S-so, how have you been, daddy?"
Hearing her calling him like that again, a warm smile appeared on his face. "Seeing you now, I'm more than just feeling fine. Instead of asking how I've been, how about telling me more about you?" It doesn't matter if he is alright or not, all what matter is his daughter's well being. Just seeing her looking so healthy and beautiful just like her mother, is enough for Arion to feel calm.
"Me? There's nothing much to tell about me. I'm just an average girl." Anna doesn't see herself as anything as significant like how the others looks at her. To her, she is just a simple girl who likes simple things.
"Average? Anna, I think looking down on yourself. You're not any average girl that you see outside, you're a Coleman, a Coleman that its lineage goes way back." In Arion's perspective, calling his daughter an average girl is the most insulting description he has ever heard. His daughter is a princess and she deserves something much more than simple things. "You're much more than what you think."
Anna is somewhat speechless when she heard her father say those words to her. She feels so much happiness inside her, she never thought that her father could give her this kind of happiness. Anna could only smile at him as response.
Gathering her courage, Anna sat closer to Arion, then hugs him tightly.
Arion was surprised, but he didn't pushed Anna away, instead, he hugs her back too. Just like Anna, he is also very happy that he got the chance to talk to her and tol hold her like this. He is happy, but something is missing, and the would be his son.
Anna and Aaron was born together and grew up together, it is such a shame that Aaron is not in his embrace at the moment. Just like what he and Anna are doing right now, he also wants Aaron to be a part of it too. It's not the same when the other half of his daughter is not present.
As Anna is hugging her father, she asked him a question. A question that has been floating around his mind for a while now. "Daddy, I now know the reason why you left, but have you ever thought about what will happen if have never left?"
Anna wanted to know if her father regretted leaving his family. She wanted to know if her father ever wanted to come back despite the problem not being solved yet. No matter what her father might reply to her question, Anna will not push him away because she does not want to lose his warmth again.
Caressing Anna's hair, Arion reply in a gently tone, "Anna, I have thought about that every single day. But my worries about the well being of our family is hindering m from coming back. I'm a coward. I'm afraid that if I go back right away and not finish what I'm supposed to finish, those bad people will go after our family."
Anna knows the reason why her father left, but she has no idea who is the person responsible for making father leave. Anna thought that she could only hate the people who wronged her in her past life, but now it's different. It's not just those people who wronged her, it also include the people who forced her father to leave.
'I swear on my life that they will all pay for getting in the way of my family's happiness.' Anna inwardly declared.
"I know that what I have done is not going to fix everything just by saying sorry, but Anna, I truly regret everything and I do hope that you'll forgive me." Right now, Anna is Arion's only salvation from the pain that he had been recieving these past few days. He knows that he deserves such pain, but he needs someone to support him while he tries to fix everything, and the only person he could think of that can only support him now is his daughter.
"Daddy, everything is fine between us. There's no need for you to say sorry."
