“Did you force him?”
Pei Siyan pointed at the love bites on Bai Hao’s neck and asked Hei Ming with his eyes staring at Hei Ming.
“You can guess.”
Hei Ming smiled in a sassy way, so Pei Siyan just punched him in the face. He punched Hei Ming so hard that his face turned to the side and his nose was bleeding nonstop.
“My retainer is not your toy.” Pei Siyan shouted at Hei Ming in a low threatening voice.
“It was not his fault! It was my bad, my bad!”
Bai Hao rushed over and protected Hei Ming with his body; his eyes were tearful and bloodshot.
“Come on, it was a joke. You did punch me hard, my second brother.”
Hei Ming spitted out a mouthful of blood and grinned, showing his bloody teeth and then wiped the blood off from the corner of his mouth.
“You knew it, right? He is in his estrus.” Hei Ming wiped his mouth again and said. “I can’t do anything to him if he intended to resist. It was all of our own free wills. So quit your madness. We have a business to talk.”
Hei Ming walked aside and sat down on the sofa. He then pointed at the seat across him with his chin, implying Pei Siyan to sit.
Hei Ming never hated Pei Siyan as his brother.
Because Pei Siyan was the only one who had never disgraced him for his identity among the dozen of siblings in Pei Family.
It was also because of Pei Siyan that he got to know Bai Hao.
“Was he being honest?”
Pei Siyan asked Bai Hao. Obviously, he didn’t believe Hei Ming’s words.
Bai Hao was a bit awkward; he looked down and nodded, too timid to look at Pei Siyan in the face.
Pei Siyan frowned, “You can simply just tell me, I won’t get mad about it. There’s no need to do it secretly.”
“Understood. I’m sorry about that.”
The reason why Bai Hao was afraid of confronting Pei Siyan was that Hei Ming had attacked Pei Siyan before. That was why he couldn’t let Pei Siyan know Hei Ming was here.
“Out with it. I don’t have all day for you.”
Pei Siyan sat down on the couch and said to Pei Siyan indifferently; he never showed pleasantness to Hei Ming from the beginning.
“And I gotta sleep with little Bai Hao, so let’s just get it done quickly.”
Hei Ming smiled carelessly and what he had said made Bai Hao’s face blush.
‘This god damn man, can’t he just see the atmosphere. Is he trying to get himself killed?’
“About the Jiang Sheng who just died, he is not the reincarnation of Lan Yuan.”
Hei Ming cut to the chase and didn’t waste a single minute.
Pei Siyan’s body shivered and his eyes popped, “What do you mean by that?”
“Jiang Xiao is a spy sent to you by the Prime Family. You don’t need me to tell you that, right?”
Hei Ming didn’t explain what he had just said but continued.
Pei Siyan’s eyes went cold immediately. He was suspicious about Jiang Xiao at the beginning, and he wasn’t surprised by the answer he just had heard.
“But the interesting thing is, not only does the Jiang Sheng who just died have the exact same look as Jang Xiao, and they share the same last name. What a coincidence!” Hei Ming’s smile became meaningful all of a sudden.
“What exactly are you trying to say?”
Pei Siyan wasn’t patient enough to crack the riddle with Hei Ming; his eyes were filled with rage and his emotion changed drastically.
“I’ll need a promise from you before we continue. I’ll share my clues with you if you agree.”
Hei Ming lost his laziness and put on a straight face.
“I won’t give you Bai Hao.” Pei Siyan answered without even thinking about it.
“It was not about Bai Hao. It is your wife’s blood that I desire.”
“The blood of Lan Yuan? What do you need his blood for?” Pei Siyan was bewildered.
“Rumor has it that Lan Yuan’s blood can cure any illness in this world. And it can give different races the power of vampire and their immortality, so I need his blood as an important ingredient of the medicine I need.”
“Heh…” Pei Siyan felt it funny after he heard what he had said, “You said it yourself. It was only a rumor.”
“The rumor doesn’t come out of nowhere. It must be based on something real.” Hei Ming insisted for he believed that was not just a simple rumor.
