“Goddamn it, what tricks is he playing?”
Bai Hao was not used to the fact that Hei Ming behaved himself just now.
“Well, I couldn’t care less. It’s the best that he can behave himself.”
Bai Hao ignored him and took his shower.
After about ten minutes, he finished his shower and came out. He found that Hei Ming had already been in bed, sleeping.
Bai Hao felt it unbelievable again. ‘Did he bump his head on the floor or something?’
Bai Hao then walked to the bed, staring blankly at Hei Ming, who seemed to be asleep.
‘Does he even want to spend the whole night here?’
Bai Hao was furious and wanted to wake Hei Ming up with a slap. He raised his hand, but no matter how hard he tried, he just couldn’t do it.
‘Slap him, Bai Hao! You know you have to slap him and kick him out of this room!’
Bai Hao told himself that, but no matter what he said to himself, he couldn’t do it.
‘Goddamn it! This damn man is just a pain in the ass.’
He lay in bed in anger and kept a far distance from Hei Ming sullenly.
Just as Bai Hao lay down, Hei Ming suddenly held him in his arms from behind with a cunning smile on his face.
Bai Hao was scared; then he struggled and cursed, “Let go of me.”
Hei Ming didn’t respond; he just sniffed on Bai Hao’s neck quietly and held him in his arms peacefully.
He didn’t remember how many centuries ago was the last time he held Bai Hao to sleep like this.
“I’ll give you two choices. Number one, let go of me now and sleep on your own side. Number two, I’ll kick you downstairs and you get the f**k out of here!”
Bai Hao nearly shouted out the latter choice he offered.
It was not that he hated Hei Ming to hug him to sleep, but he hated that Hei Ming didn’t mention anything about their past. He was just playing dumb and pretending everything was fine.
“Did you hear what I said?”
Not getting any response from Hei Ming, Bai Hao roared again.
He hadn’t forgiven Hei Ming for what had happened to their baby, so he wouldn’t just let him off the hook. And Hei Ming never apologized for that, not even once.
“Of course I heard you. You were so loud.”
Hei Ming said with a soft voice; he buried his head into Bai Hao’s neck, cherishing every minute and second he had with Bai Hao.
He hoped that he could tell Bai Hao now that their son was still alive so that Bai Hao would not be so hostile against him.
But he couldn’t say it. At least he had to find the medicine to cure Bai Haotian’s illness first. He could only tell him that when he was confident about curing their son.
He didn’t want to see Bai Hao cry anymore. If he really couldn’t save Bai Haotian, Bai Hao would break down again.
And so, he might as well let Bai Hao continue being hostile to him.
“Get out of here if you heard me.”
Bai Hao pushed Hei Ming away, but he could only open a gap between them and was then hugged back by Hei Ming.
Bai Hao was having a fit, but no matter how hard he pushed, he couldn’t push Hei Ming away.
Just as he was about to resort to violence, Hei Ming suddenly said, “If you really kick me out, all of your subordinates will know I am in your room. I’m okay with that, but I’m just worrying about how ashamed you would feel.”
Warning Bai Hao with that was not his intention.
But now all he could do was to stay beside Bai Hao no matter what, otherwise he wouldn’t have the chance to be with Bai Hao like this.
“Like I’m the only one who would feel ashamed. Don’t act like you can get away with this.” Bai Hao retorted angrily.
“I don’t really mind. First of all, I’m not the one who’s going to work with them all day in the future. Secondly, I am just a shameless guy who never blushes, so I’m not afraid of being laughed at. It’s better to say that I will feel glorious instead. It’s an honor to be kicked out by you, right? ”
Hei Ming was smiling playfully, just as shameless as he just described himself.
