Chapter 257

A short showing-off. 10 minutes later at the Non-Human Authority.

“I know that you are not human beings. It’s OK that you occasionally do some romantic things. I never said no to that. But flying over the city in daytime with your wife on the back has really gone too much. This time, someone reported  a big bird flying over. So we can understand and let go. But if next time you were noticed by the police of human world, they’d believe you were some UFO invading human world and directly shoot you down. That would be too late to regret, right?”

The man sitting across the desk lectured Pei Siyang wishing to help him out.

A few minutes ago, when Pei Siyang was excitedly flying with Jiang Sheng, they were seen by humans, causing a sensation.  They even took pictures of them.

Thankfully, the distance was too far, so the faces of Pei Siyang and Jiang Sheng were not clear. It was seemingly a big bird flying over.

Pei Siyang was in black while flying, and Jiang Sheng, in white, sitting on his back. It was a little bit scary to llok from below, and hard to tell if it was a big bird, so someone called the police.

“Luckily, the person who called the police reached our station. If the call went directly to the police station of humans, I reckon that you’d already be on TV, and after you would be a bunch of police officers shooting to make you surrender, shouting “don’t make useless sstruggles.”

The man continued to lecture Pei Siyang. When he was done, he swallowed a lot of water and turned to Jiang Sheng. “As his wife, you have to know what of legal and illegal. When he’s out of mind, you should slap him in his face to wake him up and stop him, understand?”

“Sorry, I’ll remind him next time.”

Jiang Sheng bowed his head and apologized in grievance.

It was the first time he was brought to such a place.

“It’s good that you know it’s wrong. You have to cherish your life.” This is a human city, not the demon world! Be careful in the future.”

The man finally let out a sigh of relief. He had said everything he had to say and he felt tired.

The authority specialized in managing local non-human beings and dealing with non-human conflicts.

There were both humans and non-humans working there.

And the humans there were either living with non-humans or married to non-humans.

They had accepted non-human beings and decided to live with them. They also drew up three chapters of law, not to tell non-family members about the existence of non-humans,  those who violate the law should take responsibility.

These people would generally be recruited into the authority after marrying non-humans, so they could help more non-humans who needed help.

If someone unfortunately knew about the existence of non-human beings, his momery would be eliminated by the authority. He’d forget everything he saw and heard, and be sent home safely.

However, the case of Pei Siyang was an accident and should be handled by the city manager. After all, it was illegal to fly like that.

That man was kind. Regarding that Pei Siyang did not do bad things, he did not report it. Instead, he taught them a lesson.

The direct supervisor of the authority was the city manager. Whenever there happened somthing, they’d do statistics there. They were responsible for monitoring all non-human movements, and then report to the city manager.

After all, it was human world. So it was normal for non-humans to be managed. Without a policy, it’d be chaotic. By then, when non-humans attacked humans , there would be no one to handle.

The head of the authority was exactly Pei Siyang’s eldest brother Pei Siran, the person who kidnapped Jiang Sheng last time.

And the one who just went to catch Pei Siyang was also Pei Siran.

Therefore, when Pei Siyang was being scolded, his big brother sat right beside him, smoking without saying a word.
