Chapter 172: Puzzzled

Hakagure signs, "She is unpleasant," None of the others have stopped looking over their shoulders since they in to contact with the Isekal. 

SmittenKitten69 signs, "Why did you pee in their direction that was eww." 

Hakagure signs, "It's like saying come at me bro, but to someone you don't like at all." SKY Ocean Hunter flashes excitement he is looking at the King's temple. What from afar looks like a city is actually the remnants of a roaming palace. 

SKY Ocean Hunter signs, "Let's head in I want to explore the temple." 

Calypso sings, "won't that waste time we can wait for the Isekal to break that poor and we can follow them." She is not above taking advantage of what the Isekal do. 

X2CU signs, "Yeah it's scummy but we should do that we probably skip a lot of the traps and stuff especially if it is like before." She really didn't enjoy the trials. 

SKY Ocean Hunter signs, "we are not like them half the fun in is the discovery of what this place has to hide." He can see that two others are more aligned with Calypso on this point. 

Magmaheart signs, "It would not be right, I know we are here for a mission but I don't want to win that way you know?" 

SKY Ocean Hunter signs, "I think it would also be better if we get it the right way. Just think about all the treasures we could find." Of course, he is just hoping the large complaint of many players is that they don't get many item drops and the shops are too expensive. Tyr has of course explained to SKY Ocean Hunter that the dev must have a plan. Even if they analyse player movement the upheaval of them uprooted from the land has caused them to fear the wilds, since the cities were more of a meeting place. The big guilds are already creating player countries though they only exist in name. It seems that at least in Liguria the players are accepting the changes. Though the complaints still come as many thought they would be in the major cities for a long time. 

McQueen signs, "Let's go in guys the more I think about the Isekal way, it makes me feel wrong. did you see how sickly and pale they all looked? Their methods must come at a steep cost." Calypso starts swimming inside followed b the rest. The colours took a while to settle mostly disturbed by the Isekal. 

The temple is weathered most of the internal art and statues destroyed by time. Still, the structure looks impressive and sculptured they can't help look in awe at One statue of a woman without ahead. SKY Ocean Hunter sees a huge one with handles on it. 

SKY Ocean Hunter signs, "Come help me with this," he is unable to move the block on his own. They all pull together moving the block out of the way. They are all pulled into the temple the water suddenly rushed onto the opening at a high speed. However, nobody panicked the waterways are much rougher and faster. They are easily able to swim to one another and flow with therapies pulling them deeper in. 

SKY Ocean Hunter eats another mushroom that makes him shine a bit brighter the is not natural in the cavern they find themselves in. Though there is treasure BABYMAKERXCREAM is so excited she nearly touches one. Hakagure had to stop her and point out something in the distance. 

Hakagure sings, "this is also probably a trial we have to be careful." Even she can see treasure boxes in colours and rarities she has never seen before. Several of the boxes have these intimate glows that attract her. 

BABYMAKERXCREM signs, "What is that?" The things Hakagure pointed out seems alive even if it is covered in years of build-up. IT has not moved at all but they can all guess that taking a box should trigger it. 

Calypso signs, "I'm going check it out." She has never seen a monster like it. Nor can she really see what it is even after she eats her own mushroom. 

SmittenKitten69 and McQueen take up positions close to her in case the monster does activate. Also, they haven't found a way out yet which worries her. She points out some tunnel looking areas above the Monster. Calypso edges forward her mind quickly figuring out it is a Crustation of some kind. 

Calypso signs, "This shouldn't be here Crsutation have never been so far in the territories. "

McQueen signs, "This leads somewhere guys. " the tunnel stretches further than she can but the flow of the water tells that it must lead somewhere. 

SKY Ocean Hunter signs, "Hakagure can you check it out." as the only one with a rogue base class she should be able to investigate without tripping any traps. Plus her Spectre class has many escaping skills. She flashes a few colours before steeling herself she can't help but imagine what sort of monsters will be inside a place like this she really doesn't like ghosts. 

She returns a while later nothing triggered, "I'm not sure we are in the right place shouldn't something have happened by now. " She is tense the large walls suddenly feeling like they are exposed. There is a stillness here that she didn't realise the ocean provides. 

SKY Ocean Hunter sings, "It's pretty clear we have to take a few boxes and I think the big guy is why we are here." ITs the only thing that stands out besides the treasure boxes. 

SmittenKitten69 signs, "finally some real action let's do this." She has been waiting for this since she was told they are going to be working with SKY Ocean Hunter. She pulls her sword and shield as a protector her shield is not as big as those of other guardians. BABYMAKERXCREAM swims up to SKY Ocean Hunter rubbing up against smiling and flashes a playful silver. Which means she really wants something. 

SKY Ocean Hunter signs, "Wait for everyone to get into position first." The child-like reaction she has at the thought of opening a treasure box is really sweet. The pod gets ready as they watch BABYMAKERXCREAM who is now hesitant she is overwhelmed by the choices available to her.   

Smittenkitten69 sings, "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!" she wants to fight with all her heart, if they weren't in the ocean she would be drooling with excitement a rather unique reaction caused by her habit of eating her enemies after she defeats them. She has collected a number of interesting samples and this guy given his age makes her mouth water.

X2CU signs, "Yeh just pick one already we can see what in it later." 

Magmaheart signs, "What's wrong?" She can see that BABYMAKERXCREAM Is at the crux of a serious decision. 

BABYMAKERXCREAM sings, " I don't know what will happen, the more I think about ti seems it is a measure of our greed. The more important the treasure the stronger the enemy will be right?" She is sure that's how it works. This is why it is so difficult for her to choose, she wants to maximize the rewards. 

This means that the basic boxes are all out, they never attracted her attention much anyway. But also the three best boxes from her view are going to make the monster too powerful. Each box in this tier has its own symbols and shine. The reason she is stuck is that one of these chests has the same symbol as the door they found outside. While the connection is a thing it could be a key. But next to is a specific item box. This is a box that will give something directly related to a player it can be a map to a better class, and amazing to spell basically anything she can think of. 

Normally it would be hard to prioritise herself but that could be the trap. If she only gets something for herself they could lose a clue they all need or maybe the other chest has something better. She flashes a wave of confusion and doubt a little bit of greed and looks at the flashing SKY Ocean Hunter trying to get her attention. 

SKY Ocean Hunter signs, "What is the third rule of the guild?" Her eyes go wide limiting her choice to one of the three boxes. Third, she has no idea what it would give them so she has to choose between herself and her pod. 

Calypso sings, "Are you sure for our first boss fight don't you think we should maybe not use the rule. "She has always had her doubts about the rules of cool. The easiest for the guild to look and attract more members is by taking on the most difficult quest whether by choice or force every member must take on the hardest difficulty they can every time. 

SKY Ocean Hunter signs, "Fourth rule?" 

Calypso sighs bubbles coming out her mouth, "Go big or go home is no better, I swear you guys don't know how much trouble this causes."

SKY Ocean Hunter signs, "It only trouble if we can't back it up." To contend with the big takes a culture of winning and they make sure through streams to highlight every player who clears something on the hardest difficulty. They want guild members to believe that as long as they are in the guild anything is possible.
