Chapter 271: Dancing In The Bloody Moonlight

At the familiar voice that Kiliffia had longed to hear for almost two years now, she raised her head to see a familiar but different figure floating in the sky. Behind her were six old ladies standing there quietly as if waiting for orders. "Goddess Kana! Wuuu!" Kiliffia suddenly burst into tears, unable to control her emotions anymore. For her, any time her goddess was around, everything would turn out okay. 

Kana, who was up in the air, looked at the girl who had grown quite a bit since the last time she saw her and smiled warmly. "Kiliffia, if you cry, you will look ugly." Kana said jokingly. 

Hearing Kana speak so casually to her and even joking, Kiliffia couldn't help but smile through her tears. She wanted to retort, but she saw a flash pass by her, and suddenly Kana was embraced in a man's arms. She decided to keep quiet and let the two have their little reunion.

Kana smelled a familiar scent as she embraced and smiled brightly as she hugged the man who was hugging her. "Creige… I'm back..."

"Mmmm… Now that you are back, we can finally deal with these things..." Creige released Kana and lowered his head, kissing her lightly on the lips. 

"Has it been hard?" Kana asked as she reached up and caressed Creige's cheek.

"Nothing is hard as long as it will make you happy." Creige smiled warmly at Kana. He reached up and grabbed her hand, pulling it from his face. "We need to deal with the situation at hand. We can talk more later."

"Mmm… Let me deal with the death element first..." Kana waved her hand, and all the death element in the area suddenly seemed to abide by her command and gathered together and rushed towards her. Seeing the huge wave of death element caused Kana to frown. "Naru…." 

"Leave it to me! I will make sure to leave you some!" Naru appeared out of nowhere and flew in front of Kana. As the wave of death element rushed to him, he sucked it all in like it was nothing while still leaving a good amount for Kana. 

Kana took the rest in. She had tested before, and any kind of death element except for what Naru produced could grant her some status points. It was a small amount, but it was still free status points. She wasn't going to open her menu right now, though, since it seemed her little act grabbed the attention of the undead army and devils. "Aoi..."

"Here! Can I go all out?" Aoi asked.

"Mmm… Masters, can you help too?" Kana turned her head and looked at Sister Fu and the other sisters.

"Hehe, us sisters had been waiting for you to ask. Come on girls, let's show these devils what we are made of!" The six sisters all transformed into their dragon forms and flew out over the enemy army, not wasting any time as they sprayed the area with their dragon breath.

"Creige. Where is the leader of this group?" Kana asked.

"He should still be in the theocracy."  Creige answered. "Are you going?"

"Mmm… After we get things under control here." Kana knew the only way to truly end this war was to take out the leader of the enemy. But she could not go and face him when things were not under control here yet. 

"Then we should hurry." Creige said before shooting off into the distance. He stopped mid air and formed a few hand signs while chanting in an ancient language. "[Sound of Ma]"

A massive magic circle appeared in the sky, spinning rapidly before suddenly stopping and shooting down a wave of energy. This was a sound attack, but the low frequency could not be heard by anyone except devils. He could not use this attack before due to the thick blanket of death element that would cause the sound to bounce and be reflected away. But now that Naru and Kana had sucked up the thick fog of death element, he could finally use it. Screams of pain came from the devils on the ground below Creige. They were bleeding from every orifice on their body as they rolled on the ground until laying still. A green substance began oozing out of their ears and nose. The sound attack had actually turned their brains to mush!

Kana was not far behind them. She flew in towards the back of the massive army of undead where the more powerful devils were. She landed square in the middle of the pack and waved her hand. [Reaper Of Stars]

*Peeenng!*

A void like space spread out from Kana's position covering 10 Kilometers in all directions. Millions of undead and devils were locked inside and could no longer proceed. One devil who seemed like a general rushed forward to Kana's position and pushed his way through the crowd. When he arrived, he looked at the dragon girl who was just standing there looking up at the sky. "Who are you!?" The general asked. He was never told there was someone this strong in the mortal world. If this person decided to interfere, it would cause all their work to come undone.

Kana turned her head as a burst of blood lust spread throughout the area. Kana's lips curled up into a smile as she looked at the devil who had just spoken. Her deep dark eyes, which were like the abyss, stared at him as if he was already a dead man. "Do dead people need to know?" 

Kana waved her hand, and one of the shiny white stars in the sky suddenly shot down towards the ground and pierced right through the general's head. He died instantly without even knowing what happened to him. Kana let out a laugh as she rose into the air. She began to dance in the sky as the white stars fell towards the ground. She was truly a beauty dancing in the bloody moonlight.
