32 Ye FengTian suffering-2

The whole pathway had now become entirely silent. The other three girls walking in front had stopped to turn around, their faces filled with surprise, confusion and suspicion.

"We're going to be late." Her voice was emotionless this time, although it sounded beautiful, the four girls couldn't help but shudder slightly as they felt they had imagined a cold shiver run down their spine.

"Ah! She has a point, Madam Wu is going to scold us if we're late for the first examination. I even heard that the crown prince will be there to over see how the girls exam proceeds, oh I can't wait!" The girl who previously complimented Ye FengTian's eyes, Liu Hu,suddenly exclaimed.

Th other two nodded their heads in unison and thus once again, the three girls started leading the group of five to their destination swiftly.

The cheery girl, Fei Yu was still in a daze, staring intently at the veiled face of Ye FengTian, who had to tug on Fei Yu's sleeves to awaken her from her daze.

When she did Fei Yu had a slight blush on her cheeks as the originally cheery and sunny girl now reverted into a shy and anxious girl.

'The first exam will be painting...' Ye FengTian absentmindedly thought, paying absolutely no heed to the shyly blushing Fei Yu beside her.

As they made their way swiftly towards the examination centre, Ye FengTian suddenly recalled the rumours she had heard,

'I heard the Crown Prince is coming...'

'He broke up with his fiancé..'

'Did you know, the Crown Prince will be coming to over see the exam!'

Ye FengTain recalled the 'fiancé' she broke of the engagement to. He had the typical cold and aloof handsome look of a prince. He held an absolute royalty aura as he gazed down at her. She still recalled the brief moment their gaze's met beforehe had left.

'Ah seriously...why does that guy have to be hear? Isn't he a prince? He should be doing princely things!'

Finally, the group of girls arrived at the examination haul, and of course, they were the last ones there.

It was very chatty inside, with rows and rows of girls, lined up within their assigned groups. Ye FengTian and her group decided to line at the back of the room, heading towards there, they suddenly realised the whole room had gone silent.

It wasn't until they turned around to look at where everyone else was looking, the entrance door, they wouldn't have known why the originally noisy haul and become a ghost town.

"Greetings, your highness the Crown Prince." Madam Wu announced, her voice filled with respectfulness as she bowed towards the aloof Crown Prince.

Simultaneously the rest of the room of twenty five girls also bowed and repeated what madam wu had said.

Finally the first Exam of the four day long examination would commence.

My dear readers, I'm so sorry for the delayed updates and I know I have been putting off writing a new chapter for a while, but I'm going to try to update more. This book/novel was really just created out of fun and I never expected it to become noticed by all my readers, so in advance, I hadn't prepared much of the plot, and to be honest, I had winged a few of the chapters (which, as an author I really shouldn't have done.) so now I will try to plan it out and hopefully improve my updating status! and plus, it's the holidays again! Crazy how time flies huh?
