In the police station,
As he was hauled by police officers into the prison cell, Ak Jain stood behind bars with a blank face.
He really had no idea of what has happened.
Initially, he wasn't worried much. Even though they charged him with possession of drugs; the crime is bailable with a penalty, maximum punishment would be a few months in Jail or rehab.
It could be easily handled.
However now, there was a sense of uneasiness in his heart. Tightening his grips on the bars, he looked anxious. Scared for his future.
His blood and urine were tested for cocaine, to his utter shock they came out positive.
'It could only be her.' Clara!
'I was fed cocaine.'
He came to the right conclusion.
"No. I don't do drugs. It's the bitch who drugged me." his cries were unheard as he stood behind bars.
"Call my lawyer. It is my right" he screamed on top of his lungs, only for his voice to fall on deaf ears.
Even after many hours, there was no lawyer, no one came to him.
All the while he was roaring and then resorted to begging.
"You don't know me. I am Ak Jain, future heir of Jain group. How dare you lock me up. Just wait for me to get out of here. I will destroy your lives."
"You will pay for it."
"Don't you recognize Jain group?"
"I am the richest youngster in the country."
Finally, an officer came to him and replied,: "You won't get out of there."
"Destroy our lives!"he smirked. "Worry about your life. It is soon to be finished. The charges against you are so severe.
You will rot in jail for many years."
"No, my grandfather will come for me." his voice sounded uncertain, yet he yelled aloud.
"Bring him in for interrogation." the senior officer gave the order.
In the room,
Only when they started interrogating him did Ak discovered how deep trouble he was caught in.
While the officers were bombarding him with questions.
Ak found it unbelievable when everything came out. His mind was in a chaotic mess. An inexplicable fear filled his heart.
Clara charged him for **** and bodily harm.
He didn't say a word in defense as they were not ready to listen to his side of the story.
"I want my lawyer. Call my grandpa he will find a way to get me out." he tried to remain calm but the tremble in his voice was evident.
"It's by your grandfather's orders that you aren't even allowed a phone call." His last hopes were crushed.
"No That's not true. He won't abandon me." He fumbled as they pulled him back to the cell as if a piece of wood.
If Mr. Jain decides to punish someone no one can save him.
"Good Mr. Jain. Now you even recognize me your grandson as your enemy." He laughed sarcastically. His laughter echoed in the cell, chills arose in the heart of those who heard it.
