16 Invasion wave

The worms arrived sooner than I thought it would. The helicraft landed on the shield as we walked out, the worms and Chitari crashing on the shield protecting New York, luckily this shield is still holding on.

"Bruce, now is the time to be angry."

"That's my secret, I'm always angry.", as he turned into the Hulk.

"Great, now Thor would you mind if I touch your Hammer?"

"Sure, if it helps fight these beasts.", he handed me the hammer, and I absorbed it's properties.

Mjolnir, the hammer that is the first weapon forged at the heart of a dying star, made by dwarfs at Nidavellir. The dwarfs sent a rare unbreakable uru metal that no forge can melt to Asgard as a representation of the unbreakable Asgard. Odin later trapped the mother of cosmic storm inside and demanded the dwarfs to make a weapon out of it, threatening to stop protecting them if they don't. After months, the dwarfs still failed to melt it, so they drawed a dying star to power their forge. After weeks and months, they finally did it, presented it to Odin and sweared to never do it ever again.

I can feel the the Uru metal and mother of storm running through my skin, "Well, it does help", showing him I turned my hand into his hammer, sparkling with electricity.

"I am no longer surprised by you."

"Thanks, can you help me fry the aliens around the portal? I'll deal with the ones running off to the other cities.", I smashed some of the chitauri chariots with the hammer.

"Have at THEE!!", Thor electrifies three worms while Hulk already teared off five of their armor.

"Shit!", I pushed two other chitauris to the shield, killing them. I saw the enlarging portal and I knew what Loki was trying to do.

"You dogs think this will stop me? This is only delaying the inevitable.", Loki uses the scepter and began tearing through the shielding, "Sent in the rest."

The portal enlarges as more and more chitauri came through the shield. It's like this world is trying to repair it self, but they failed because they brought in ant man, wasp and me. I ran over to stop Loki from completely destroying the shield. But instead I jumped into a puff of green smoke. I flew below the shield and blasted a few chitauri chariots off the air. His spidey sense rang loudly but there was nowhere to dodge the attack.

*Boom*

The blast destroyed most of the nanobots on my back, "Fuck. I need an upgrade after this."

"Between you and me kid, your suit is way better than mine."

"I run a multibillion dollar company, and you call me a kid, so unfair."

"Well, you are a teen."

My spidey sense was ringing again but this time way louder.

"Kid, watch out!"

One of the flying worms opened his mouth and swallowed me whole, "Fuck me.", I allowed the creature to eat me so I can cut him from the inside since it's armor is strong and I can't find a weakness in it.

*Thunder*

*Boom*

A lightning strike down and blew up the worm creature thing, "This is good."

"Avengers Assemble!"

Tony looked at him funny.

"What? It sounded right."

Thor, Hulk, Ant man, Wasp, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Iron man, Captain America and I are standing in the crossroads, assembled. I can swear that the Avengers theme song was playing.

"What's the plan?"

"Ant man, Wasp. You guys try to close the portal, at least shrink it."

"Got it.", Hank and Janet shrunk and flew

"Hawkeye, I want you on that roof, eyes on everything. Call out pattern and strays. Stark you got the perimeter, anything gets three blocks out, you turn it back or you turn it to ash."

"Can you give me a lift?"

"Right, better clench up legolas.", Tony lifted Hawkeye up to the top of empire state building."

"Thor, you take care of the big guys, you got the lightning, light those bastards up."

"Zero, you take care of the flying chariots."

"Widow, you and me stay on the ground. We keep the fighting here.", he then turned to Hulk.

"Hulk, smash."

Hulk grind and jumped off.

I knocked a chitauri off of his chariot and used it to blast other ones.

"Zero, you got a lot of strays on your tail."

"Mind if you blast some of them off?"

"Sure, but it's gonna cost you extra."

Hawkeye's arrow blasted a few of the chitauris up.

"I got it.", I turned the chariot around and used its blaster to blast the remaining ones. I then hid it away to analizi it later, probably use some of the chitauri tech for my next upgrade.

"Team, we got Dr. Selvic back, but we need Loki's scepter."

"Got it. Stark, help me handle the chitauris. I'll need to get the scepter."

"No problemo kid."

"I see him, wait I wanna blast him out off the sky first.", Hawkeye throw an arrow at Loki. He catches the arrow, seemingly unimpressed, but then it exploded, sending him flying towards Stark tower, "Ha, exploding in his face, classic."

"Good, that'll be easier."

I grabbed his scepter and ran towards Ant man and wasp, "Hey guys, I'll take it from here, I can close the portal."

"If you say so.", Hank and Janet blasted a few chitauris on their way down.

"Team, I can close the portal."

"Wait, I got a nuclear missile and I know just where to put it."

"You understand its a suicide mission right?"

Tony didn't respond, I'm assuming that he turned off the comms. There's still time, I can still save him, "Natasha, come on up and close the portal. I'm saving Stark."

"On it."

"How'd you get here so fast?"

"I was already on the steps, now less talking, more saving Stark."

I wasted no time as I flew towards Iron man with maximum speed and dragged him off the missile.

"What are you doing kid?"

I didn't answer him as I placed one of my repulsor to form a booster to guide the missile to the portal.

"Thanks, didn't think I'll survive that if it wasn't for you."

"It will be my ringtone."

"You seriously recorded that?"

"Yep."

The portal closes as everyone see if Stark's okay.
