Merry Christmas to all.

I was going to make a more Christmas related one but I scrapped that since the MC will become OP and I don't plan on that until after Thor 2 & Ultron.

I went back to Wakanda to pick up my parents I told Shuri not to come but she insisted. I landed the helicraft and was clearly unwelcomed. The guards told Shuri to go in while I wait outside.

A few moments later my parents was escorted out with two other guards stating that Shuri won't be coming with us due to family issues. I tried to reason with them but, they pushed my parents and I away to leave.

*Christmas eve*

I stopped grieving Shuri's stay in Wakanda and decided to work on something else.

I made the new Avengers ID cards by using titanium to build a miniature hologram projector on the center of the card that can project them in emergencies. Then a vibrater as a warning before the hologram is projected. Along with a layer of nanobots, adding a blue Avengers logo outlined with black on the side that takes up the left side of the card. There is a small frame on the top right side that would have the hero's photo and at the back there is a clearance level for each one, from 1-20. I made 20 of them incase I see new members. I called Nick Fury to make this official, that means whoever has these cards can get the police to cooperate with them. This protocol is for when the Avengers has fallen, the world will need other heros to team up and fight for another day.

I checked out the map to see where Spider man is, since he should be the one the one that becomes an Avenger. The map located Spider man in Hell's Kitchen. What the heck is he even doing there? I couldn't use the helicraft since it's too big for buildings that go shoulder to shoulder so I used the thrusters to boost me there.

There were some stops where I have to bust out some drug dealers and muggers. Seriously, this is Christmas flarkin eve! Why'd have to sell drugs now?

I eventually arrived in the warehouse that Spidey is in. There were random gunshots here and there. I watched as two red figures punching thugs here and there. Wait, two red figures? I jumped in and yelled, "Is it too late to join the party?", and started beating up a thug.

"Zero, haven't seen you for a long time."

"You know him, Spidey?", a man in dark red body armor with two small red devil horns on the mask and two big black letter Ds on the front of the armor overlapping each other, he hit another thug with a billy club.

A man on the second flour fired a couple shots at us, I was about to fire a blast at him but then a red billy club flew right next to me and hit the thug in the forehead, knocking him unconscious.

"Daredevil, I presume."

"Yes, now let's get down to the reason why everyone is here.", he held up one of the thugs and yelled as he punched him in the face, "Where is the next shipment?"

The thug didn't answer, but as Daredevil was about to throw another punch, Spidey held Daredevil's arm back, "Devil this is too much."

The thug uses this moment to run away from Daredevil's grimp and ran towards a knife sticking out of the wall to try to kill himself, keyword, try. I grabbed him by the head and pulled him away from the knife, "Now, where is the Kingpin and the shipment?"

"I…I'm no…not telling you.", the thug trembled in fear but clearly not in me or Daredevil.

"Devil, please knock him unconscious, I have somethings that this man won't like to hear."

"Pleasure.", Daredevil walked over and punched the thug in the gut.

"Zero, What are you doing here?"

"First of all, why aren't you with Aunt may?"

"Things happen."

"Good, now the thug works for the Kingpin of crime. His name is Wilson Fisk. That's all I can give you except these.", I handed them Avengers ID cards with their name, face and clearance levels on it. Spidey's clearance is a 18 and Daredevil is a 15, "You can call the Avengers when you're in big trouble and I've seen you two in action so you will be part of the New Avengers protocol and in the event of the original Avengers' death, you will become an official Avenger. But now you can still use this card to get the police to cooperate with you."

"Why us? You barely know us.", Daredevil looked at me with a confused stare.

"Matt. Don't tell me you don't recognize me.", changed my voice into someone he knows about and activated the suit's second skin function and turned my face into Foggy Nelson's.

"Foggy?", Daredevil looked surprised as hell, no pun intended.

"HAHAHA. Can't believe you fell for that but this is just to show you that I know more about you than you know about yourself. One more thing for you Matt, if you seeElektra call me with a private channel. Press on the Avengers logo and say Zero. Spidey, meet me on the roof."
