Chapter 74 - Some Secrets

Cyril smiled as he already decided to reveal most of his secrets to her.

"This is all thanks to your wintercrest flowers, Aunt Bonnie… The truth is…"

He never thought of keeping this a secret forever anyway. He just wanted to find the right time to tell his Aunt Bonnie about the secrets of the flowers and many more.

Of course, he decided to leave out the details about Demon Xagan and his regression.

"That flower? It can heal anyone just by adding a few unpopular ingredients? Where did you learn all of this?" Bonnie was shocked after listening to Cyril. It now made sense why Cyril ordered several of those ingredients using her account when he was still not Awakened.

There was no way that he invented it himself. After all, he doesn't have time to study these herbs and various materials found in different Arcane World.

Furthermore, concocting those potions requires Aura Control… However, he had never used his Aura before until he awakened weeks ago. There was no way he could've just invented that potion after a few hours of his awakening!

"Don't worry, Aunt Bonnie. I just got lucky and found the recipe for the potion. I'll be teaching on how to make it later this afternoon."

"You'll teach me?"

"Yes, don't you want to learn it? It can be sold in the market for a high price so we wouldn't have to worry about our future expenses. You can also consider buying decent Artifacts for your own usage…"

"Ha! I'm just an F-Rank Awakened. Where would I use those Artifacts? Anyway, you're right. I'd like to learn this potion-making and make a business!" Bonnie said feeling a bit excited. She also wanted to learn something new after all.

"Great! We'll do it this afternoon… I'll also write the other recipes I know so you can try making them once we gathered the ingredients."

"What? So you know several more?"

"Yes… I got lucky." Cyril smiled mysteriously again but Bonnie decided to just leave it at that. For sure, her nephew would reveal his secrets to her once he's ready.

Cyril then explained that once they made these potions, they wouldn't be able to sell them yet and they have to wait for a while.

"I understand… We still need to get a proper license if we want to sell them legally… So I assume that you sold your previous potions in the black market?"

Bonnie guessed it easily.

Cyril only nodded as he decided to explain a few more things about his plans for the future.

He wanted to make sure that Bonnie is aware that he's not a normal Awakened and that she no longer have to work hard in order to give him a decent Artifact.

Well, he learned that Bonnie was really active in the past few days to earn more money for his sake.

This is why Cyril had to make her stop and reveal his secrets which are just right on time since he will have to explore the arranged Arcane World by the Association tomorrow.

"Haa~ I guess I'll be your Alchemist here in the house…"

"Alchemist? Haha… You might be right. I still have a few more things I could teach you so I guess that's a fitting name. I hope you become a good Alchemist with all of this."

"Then you better buy me the best tools and potion-making equipment out there."

"Yes… yes… It's in my plan." Cyril couldn't help but chuckle after seeing how excited his Aunt was.

She seems to have accepted his reasons a lot easier than expected.

'Alright… Once this is done, I'll be able to focus on things I really should be doing.'

He originally thought that he would have to go far away in his town or even go to a different country to find Arcane World's purple crystal and gain opportunities.

However, because of the series of events that allowed him to get his own Arcane World, he had decided to just fully remain here for now unless he's already desperate and planning to steal the Entrance Crystals or Artifacts in different countries.

"Right… I also have a few Purple Crystals in my study room. They are all low-rank Arcane World and you can enter them with me if you want." Cyril invited.

"What? Just how many secrets are you keeping on me?" Bonnie asked while looking at the room he was referring to.

Their house in Forbes Park may not be considered to be large compared to the other houses here, however, it still has two floors and a total of 6 rooms. Outside, it has a small garden at the back with a couple of trees, a lawn in front, and a carpark at the sides enough for 10 vehicles to fit in.

Each house has about 200 meters distance from each other so it was quite a peaceful scenery as well.

"Not many, Aunt Bonnie. So how about it? Are you interested?" Cyril said as he proceeded to explain what kind of Arcane Worlds are there.

"Oohh…" Bonnie nodded after listening to his words. After thinking for a moment, she just shook her head.

"Nevermind. I'm a bit timid as you know. As long as you keep that a secret to others, I won't worry."

"Alright then… and yes… You're the only one who knows that I have them here… Anyway, they wouldn't cause an outbreak so you don't have to worry about them being here. I also arranged an array just in case."

Cyril explained without thinking.

However, Bonnie gave him a weird look.

"Outbreak? What are you talking about?"

Cyril was jolted after recalling his words.

That's right! There have been no records of outbreaks yet!

The vampire clan in the next few years should be the first known outbreak in history!

"Ugh… Nevermind that. I'll explain that to you later." Cyril scratched his head thinking how he easily misspoke. He has to be careful with his words.

He didn't want Bonnie to know that he regressed after all. It would be too dangerous for her to hold such knowledge.. It's better if vital secrets like that would remain on him forever.
