Chapter 269 - A Monarch is born

Four years ago in DxD, five for Drako and Kuroka now that they are in the Nasuverse, Drako used the first Noble Phantasm he had obtained from the Gacha.

Back then, the Noble Phantasm was barely enough to kill a six-winged Fallen Angel, a Tier 3.
