Chapter 58 - 55 - Dance Dance Infiltration (1)

While Shallot and Blake were dancing Blake wanted to know some answers.

Blake: "What are you planning to di that you have been helping out Roman?"

Shallot while dancing was thinking about whether he should just talk about taking over the White Fang but decided that there was nothing to hide.

Shallot: "I have been having Roman work as an undercover spy pretty much. Like that book about the ninja you were secretly reading early this week."

Blake blushed thinking he shouldn't have known about it.l

Blake: "Don't tease me about it. It's a good book."

Shallot nodded his head.

Shallot: "I know since I'm the one that wrote it. Did you like the way it was written?"

Blake's eyes widened and almost stumbled before she was pulled into a tight embrace.

Shallot: "I'm planning on taking over the White Fang. I am going to make sure that the Faunus have some way of actually living in the world. I also have some plans to increase the safety on the island of Menagerie so that we can expand outward."

Blake and Shallot continued talking while dancing when Yang came down in her qipao voice tapping on Blake's shoulder. Blake turned around seeing Yang with her hand out.

Yang: "Hope I'm not cutting into something important. I would like another dance."

Blake stepped back letting Yang get another dance and they danced. While Blake was standing on the side she noticed that Ruby was looking at something and also started paying attention. She saw someone standing on top of the rooftop in the distance with her night vision and was thinking of telling Shallot about it but decided to just deal with it herself.

When she noticed that Ruby was already moving out of the room seeming to also notice what was going on and had already started to pursue the person in the distance.

Blake followed Ruby from a distance to look over her to make sure that nothing would happen to her. Blake and Ruby made their way following the individual and came to a building that they had entered. Ruby pulled her scroll calling her weapon while seeing the unconscious guards on the ground while Blake also called her weapon locker also in case she needed to fight from a distance.

Ruby: "What are you doing here Blake?"

Ruby wanted to know what she was doing since she didn't notice that she was being followed. Blake walked over to Ruby ȧssessing the situation to make sure that no one was waiting in ambush for them as her training from Shallot was kicking in since she isn't surrounded by others. Blake turned to Ruby to answer her question.

Blake: "I saw someone jumping across the rooftops and decided to follow you seeing that you were going after them."

Ruby: "Does Shallot know?"

Blake: "He probably knows but probably doesn't see them as a threat towards us and let us head here on our own or he would have stopped us."

Ruby: "Oh... we should he inside to try to stop them."

Ruby and Blake then walked inside the building seeing that there were more guards knocked out inside the building and they could tell that whoever came through knew what they were doing. As they are moving through the building Ruby starts asking some questions to Blake in a quiet voice to not try to give away their location to whoever came in here.

Ruby: "*whispers* How do you last so long with Shallot I felt exhausted and I could bȧrėly walk after we finished."

Blake smiled at that thinking that there are two people now that are going to be able to help with Shallot libido, but she also knows that the stronger he gets the more stamina he is going to have so she also needs to get stronger to last longer or she will feel like her legs are jello all the time.

Blake: "It's because I train with ki which helps me grow stronger faster. Shallot is probably going to teach you soon since you are now in a relationship with him. Once you start training fully with him you will get stronger which will also increase your stamina."

Ruby nodded her head slightly thinking that she has another reason to get stronger because after the first 10 minutes she felt amazing and she wants to feel that way again.

Ruby and Blake then quietly talked about some more things before coming across another door with some more guards knocked out outside of it that lead into a room full of computers.

While they were going towards the door when Ruby was about to call out to see if anyone was inside while her heels were tapping on the ground when Blake put her hand up to stop her from saying anything.

Blake: "*whisper* Don't say anything. We can probably get the jump on them with surprise and take them down quickly."

Ruby nodded her head thinking why would she announce herself to someone who is clearly a thief. Blake and Ruby slowly crept towards the doorway and peeked inside to see a woman with a mask leaning over a computer with a dongle plugged into it seeming to download or put something onto the computers.

Blake: 'That seems similar to what Shallot had me doing earlier. Did he know about her plans and already made a countermeasure without even having to stop dancing?'

While Blake was thinking about if her guess was right she heard Ruby stumble in her high heels and Blake grabs her, but it seems that the female inside the room at the computer still hears the noise and turns around in their direction.
