'Status,' Ning said as he looked at he asked the system to bring up his current status.

'Alright. I have 5.2 million energy right now. I can do this. Believe in yourself,' Ning said to himself trying to hype himself up for what he was about to do next.
It had been nearly 2 months since he had come to being himself once more. He was still planning on teleporting somewhere, but either needed a smaller host or greater amount of energy. Since a greater amount of energy wasn't possible at the moment, he could only hope to use any smaller fishes he came by.
But even that was pretty much impossible. Most of the fishes he came by were either too small and couldn't give him enough energy to teleport, or would be eaten by big fish. There was only one way to do the teleportation he had thought of.
He would have to jump into one of the creatures the big fish ate, and then teleport to the nearest land. After that, he would have to jump to something else, since sea creatures on land didn't last very long.
To know where he was at all times, he would ask the system about the distance to the nearest land from time to time. He tried to make sense of that information using the basic map he had unlocked, but the system would either tell him he was close to just Land, or he was in the ocean.
It didn't give the ocean a name for some reason like it did to the rest of the continents.
'At least tell me what continent is closest,' he asked once more but the system remained silent. Suddenly, he saw light up above. 'Is it starting to surface?' he wondered.
Suddenly, blood-like red liquid started appearing once more. 'It is!' he started to get excited. 'System. What's the closest distance?' he asked.
<Shortest distance is 1388 Km and 581m away, and moving>
'Alright, should be doable,' he thought. Fishes and other aquatic animals started conversing on the red spot in the ocean where the blood-red liquid had surfaced.
Then, the fish started moving. It suddenly changed its course upwards and sped up to a very fast speed. Just as it reached the surface, it opened its mouth and swallowed all the creatures up at the surface.
Ning used all of his processing power to look for fishes that were small enough to not require that much energy, but big enough where he won't lose energy when he ends up in a precarious place.
Suddenly, he saw a small fish. It was small comparatively. The fish was still very big at about 2 meters in length, and to Ning, it was a perfect size.
'System, use parasite skill on the fish,' he ordered.
<Parasite skill will cost you 100,000 energy, are you sure?>
'Yes. Do it,' he said.
<Confirmed>
This was where he had to work fast. The familiar feeling of his body getting ripped from one object to another returned once more. As soon as his mind understood that he was in the other fish, he ordered, 'Teleport to the nearest land.'
<Teleportation will cost you 4,348,000, are you sure?>
'Yes,' he said.
<Confirmed>
Light shined all around him as his left side start to heat up. 'Is this the effect of teleportation?' he wondered. Then, he saw what was really lit up or what was really burning.
'What? It's already done?' he was surprised. He didn't feel anything happen, yet he had already teleported. The sun was shining brightly lighting up everything around him. It was midday and the sun was at the zenith, so it was heating up all the sand, making the left side of the fish very hot.
The fish started to flap around as it no longer was in the water and was starting to die. Ning didn't care however, the only thing that mattered to him was what was around him.
He looked to the ocean that was behind him and the blue water within it. He was on a beach at least a dozen miles long for sure. He looked away from the ocean and saw the vibrant green forest.
'Am I at the southern continent again?' he wondered. But then, he looked at the tree and was surprised. 'Is that a coconut tree?' there were no trees on the beach of the southern continent, so it couldn't be that.
'Hey, system. What continent are we in?' he asked.
<You are in the northern continent>
The system's information would've made his jaw drop if he ever had one. 'The northern continent?' that big fish brought us that far away?' he was truly shocked. He processed the information he was just given, and in half the time it would've normally taken, came up with the answer to his own question.
'Since there are only 3 continents in the Planet Kumia, the giant fish must swim around the central continent and occasionally reach the other continents.'
Central Continent, Northern Continent, and Southern Continent were the 3 continents of Planet Kumia. The Northern continent was a large landmass on the northern hemisphere, and the Southern Continent was a large landmass on the southern hemisphere.
The central continent was half split between the two hemispheres, but since it didn't go around the equator, it was only on one half of the planet, while the other half was filled with the ocean that was nameless at the moment.
The fish was still flapping about as it started to die. Ning started to worry that he would be stuck once more, but suddenly, he started hearing noises and footsteps.
'Hmm… what sort of monster is that? It sounds like it has a lot of feet,' he thought. As the sound of the footsteps finally stopped, Ning finally saw what they were. With a big smile on his imaginary face, he said, 'Humans.'
A large group of humans had just arrived at the beach.
