Dark red splashes of liquid was visible on the walls of the mansion and a maniacal laugh echoed throughout the hall. The shadow of a boy could be seen in the dim place as the damaged lights were blinking in intervals.

The doll-faced boy had no expression on his face as his big doe eyes remained unbothered by the surroundings. He was striding through the wet ground of dark red liquid as mangled bodies of individuals lingered on the way. It was a scene of massacre but the boy ignored the disturbing view as passed by.

He had no one anymore even the rustic stench of the blood didn't awaken his rationality as it made him love the scent like it was a fragrant perfume.

The boy was an illegitimate child of the patriarch of the Lacos family, he was born out of wedlock and was believed to have a mental illness which he inherit from his mother.

Judging eyes, whispering insults and false rumors were his everyday dose of medicine. The innocent child would always hide his face when he was being criticized by his fellow kids, even the older members of the family weren't merciful to him as they sneered at him everytime they saw his shadow or presence.

Due to him and his mother, the reputation of the Lacos household was smeared. The Lacos was known to be a secluded noble family that only a number of people knew, they had a tradition of not marrying their family members into an outsider or someone not appointed by their matchmaker. And they abhorred mistresses, this family might be one of the families that had no record of illegitimate children as they conformed to their tradition.

Because the boy was produced from the accident that the patriarch committed to a lowly woman outside the family, they unwillingly took the child to their family as the boy still had their bloodline running through his veins. Unfortunately, he had a mental illness, a personality relapse.

They never witnessed his personality relapse as they didn't bothered with him due to his lowly birth, even his father who was the patriarch only cared for the boy's daily necessities not his well-being. He was just seeing if the boy could live through this family and die if he couldn't take it anymore.

Piling reasons for his hatred gathered on his heart and even the whispering voices that he used to ignore was tempting him. The boy couldn't hold back anymore.

At that night, a celebration within the household was held due to the seventh birthday of his younger brother, a legitimate child of the boy's father. As the family didn't invite anyone outside, it was just an event that only them knew.

The happy celebration ended up in a bloodbath. The boy didn't know what happened as he gained his senses when the blood already painted the grand hall. He looked at his two small hands riddled by dark red liquid and stared back to the mangled messed of dead bodies. He had no idea what had transpired but he knew it was his doing.

Those voices couldn't help but cry for more blood, more deaths. They kept whispering on his ears.

'They deserved it….'

'They deserved it….'

'They deserved it….'

'Kill…kill…kill..'

Samuel suddenly woke up from his horrible nightmare as he calmed himself while his tight gripped left a mark on his blanket. He silently went to the bathroom not daring to wake up his roommate on the opposite bed. As he was living in the servant quarters, it's customary to share a room with another servant.

He washed his face with running water as he looked to the mirror infront of him. There, he saw a smiling man who had an identical look as him, though its smile gave chills through his spine.

"Let's kill that brat who was interfering on our matter," the reflected man on the mirror stated as Samuel was frightened to this person. He wasn't in control when his relapse would occur and he was regretting of allowing it.

"No! I had enough with you!"

He washed his face again as he planned to ignore the reflected person when suddenly a sarcastic laugh echoed inside the bathroom as the man with a dark face and deadpanned expression stated, "Hmm... I'm not still satisfied."

----

The silver haired young man was sleeping on her bed comfortably, moonlight shone from the window as the silent moon grazed over the beautiful features of the youth. Her defined nose and fluttering long eyelashes that sometimes trembled was a sight to behold. She was like a divine goddess from another world due to her silvery white hair that enhanced her charm.

The sleeping young man was alone inside her bedroom as a silhouette of a man appeared by the corner. He was holding a knife as it glinted from the glare of the moon. He neared the youth as Chun was counting inside her head. This was the opportunity she was talking about.

When the blade of the knife was about a centimeters away from the silver haired young man, an unknown force stopped him from committing his act while he looked in surprise at the smirking youth who was laying in the bed. Chun fluttered open her eyes as she smiled at the culprit.

With a snap of her fingers, the knife floated out from his grasps as the man dropped down to his knees. The dark room suddenly was alighted as Art switched the lights on.

Chun smiled as she clapped, amazed by the performance that she crafted. Samuel on his knees was in disbelief by the unfolding scenerio.

"Rye, did you got it?" The silver haired young man stated through her earchip as the other party replied with affirmation.

Unexpectedly, Samuel laughed with no humor as he said, "So what if you caught me in the act? Does it make me the mastermind behind those murders?"

He thought that he would not be discovered just by this simple act but he wasn't aware that the person infront of him was more of a schemer, a master schemer in her students' mind.

"Oh, this was just a plot of mine in order to support those evidences that I got," Chun nonchalantly said as she sat up from her bed.

In the middle of her scheming to capture the culprit in the act, she discovered something interesting. After talking to Art about the contract, her father called to her about a transaction that her first brother would be dealing at Zenzen continent. Shenin asked if she could lend the Agillon to her first brother as it was an urgent matter. Chun was not interested with the business transaction but she was curious why it was so urgent. Then she uncovered about the extinct Lacos family who was once a noble family in Zenzen continent.

Due to curiosity, if it was a coincidence. She tasked her butler to find informations about this household and she learned that the Lacos' suffered a similar case of murder like the Yu household, though they were killed in just one swoop, fifteen years ago. Then she linked the coincidental family name of Samuel and found out that he was an illegitimate child of the dead patriarch and the only survivor of the household. He was adopted by a former servant of the Lacos' as he pitied the child but no one knew that the person behind the horrifying murders was that 'innocent' child.

The servant then worked under the Yu household but due to some illness, his adopted son replaced him for work. But the murders started three years ago while Samuel wasn't yet a servant of the household. Though he executed his crimes skillfully. Making a perfect crime if not for stumbling upon the silver haired young man.

"Why did you want the Yu family suffer the same fate of the Lacos'?"

Hearing that, the personality relapsed of the servant showed up. He smirked as he spoke in seethed hatred, "I wanted them to suffer because they resembled those scums."

Samuel remembered the day when he was fifteen years old, his adopted father brought him to the Yu household. He wasn't suffering from his relapses anymore as he already erased those scums but when he went inside the Yu household, those noble young men insulted him even though he didn't done anything to them. Like his past appeared infront of him, his inner demons came back again, seeking for satisfaction. As Samuel didn't want to commit another crime, he ignored the voices in his head.

But ignoring it made it worse, it kept bothering him on his sleep, day or night and he would suffer from his relapse that his bird which he cared for two months died by his own hands. Deciding to cure it, to quell their whispers, he started to craft his plan. Learning the secret passages within the Yu household mansion, the layouts and all, he managed to execute his plot and little by little exterminate them.

Coincidentally, his adopted father had fallen ill which gave him an opportunity to closely kill his target.
