"You can get down now!" Captain Fupa stated as he jumped down from the ship deck. He commanded his to crew to get working as they started to repair the planks that were damaged. Some of it were protruding from its surface as the destroyed parts of the ship were severe but the captain ȧssured the passengers that it would be fixed tomorrow and they would just stay in this small island for one night.

The passengers had no qualms about food as they were all mostly martial practitioners and they could sustain one day of not eating. Though it was opposite for the silver haired young man's case. Her students were not cultivators and their food was running out so they needed something to eat. And Chun wanted to explore this island.

The captain permitted them to stroll around the island as to not get bored even Kai Sun talked to the captain about their voyage to the deeper parts of the island.

"Oh, you're going to look for food? You can go but don't stray too far from the red signs," Captain Fupa warned with seriousness on his voice.

The island's forest wasn't dangerous even you went in the deeper parts of it. It wasn't about the deepness as the living creatures inside the forest had a unique way of living. They changed location everyday and those red signs were their marks. As you see one, you must not proceed to that direction.

Chun and her students were trailing the path inside the forest as they find for food. The silver haired young man had no need for food as she wouldn't get hungry due to her cultivation but she was not the type of martial practitioner who would go through fasting if she wasn't doing anything important so if there's a chance, food was a top priority and what would this small island could offer to sate the silver haired youth's taste buds?

'Young lord, twenty meters away is the Bulnurus' shelter. You must be careful, young lord.'

The emotionless voice of the butler rang out from Chun's mind. As if hearing something interesting, the silver haired youth with bright eyes, hurried towards the path where the Bulnurus were staying.

Art sighed at the reation of the naughty young master.

Bulnurus were herbivores as they loved to eat dried leaves. Observing the surrounding trees and bushes, Chun could see that this was an ideal habitat of those cute beasts. They were cute as they look like a fluffy fluff ball that had a tail and a pair of cat ears. They had various shades of colors as the silver haired young man was excited to see these creatures. It was her first time to see a Bulnurus.

As Chun rushed forward, her sudden movements made the seven students who were with her, chased their teacher. They had no idea what was the teacher was doing but they were willing to follow Chun in order to see what was she's up to. It would be fortunate to find food as they followed the clueless teacher.

Because of their hurried actions, they didn't notice the red marks on trees that they had passed by. The red marks were scratches of a huge beast. Even the individual who was following them secretly were in hurry as well as she chased her beloved prince charming.

The personal maid of Chi was a Median realm martial practitioner as she was not only a maid but a bodyguard too of the young missus.

The creature that Chun was looking for was now infront of her as she stopped on the bushes as to hide on it. She was peeking the cute fluffy balls as they softly breathed through their small bodies. The Bulnurus were sleeping comfortably as they huddled to one corner of the place.

Chun couldn't help but gawk at them. The varying colors as they mixed each other with their fur could satisfy a person's craving for fluffy stuff.

"What do you think?" Chun blurted out to her students as they crouched down to hide themselves at the bushes.

"Teacher! They are so adorable. What are they?" Li Li whisper-yelled as excitement was present on her eyes. She loves soft and fluffy things like her favorite pillow that was left on their dormroom.

"They are Bulnurus. They're so cute that I wanted to keep one!"

"Me too, teacher!"

Swish!

"Umm… guys? Did you hear that?" Terra with her nervous tone asked as she looked around.

The silver haired young man was about to say something when the ground suddenly shook and the trees were swept away violently from the harsh whipping of the wind. Even the flapping sounds could be heard of the people that were present on the scene.

"What is that, Lai?" Chi asked as she gazed towards the dark mass of shadow that was slowly engulfing the place.

Lai who was the personal maid wasn't able to respond as she looked up the sky. The white hairy bird with two antennas on its forehead, appeared. The pair of antennas were emitting sparks of golden electricity as it looked towards the sleeping Bulnurus.

Immediately, the small creatures that was only as small as the eye of the Thundra awoken as they shivered their fluffy fur. They were afraid of this legendary beast.

Thundra was a thunder bird that could only be seen at the boundaries of the Mountain Qi as they guarded the deities' mountain but…

'How come this one is here?'

This legendary bird was not only powerful but they had an arrogant attitude that couldn't be tamed by anyone. Even the deities there on the mountain had no way of claiming this thunder bird except for the Creator.

Screeeeeech!

"You puny beasts! Why are you here on this humble abode of this Master?!" The Thundra roared to the cowering Bulnurus.

The silver haired young man who was observing the exchange was instantly filled with interest as she looked around to the students with her. Their expressions were not even changing as they stared at the thunder bird. It meant that, only the youth was able to understand this creature.

Perks of being a half-deity.

Chun's attention was now removed from the cute and fluffy Bulnurus as she was more interested with the Thundra who was spouting non-stop curses to the pour small creatures.

Screeeeeech! Screeeeeech!

"Go now! Before I eat you all! Hmp. This King will pardon you for this time." Hearing about getting eaten, the vibrant shades of the Bulnurus suddenly changed to white, an indication for their frightened state. They immediately bounced away from their sleeping spot as they were scared to be end up in the thunder bird's stomach.

Seeing that they were not in sight anymore. The magnificent bird screeched again in satifaction as he slumped down his huge body on the ground, planning to take a nap. This place was a good resting spot as coincidentally, the vast world energy were concentrated on this location.

There was something digging inside the land. Suddenly a humongous worm shot up from it, it was massive like the thunder bird. The Thundra with alertness stood his guard against a mortal enemy. It was a Wormoth.

Even though the thunder bird liked to eat worms, he had no appetite for this tasteless creature. These worm was always following him wherever he's at. He was not the only Thundra of his kind as he had still his species living in the Mountain Qi and escaping from the mountain was not a matter as this worm was the problem.

Since this Wormoth challenged him to a fight and always got defeated no matter what it would do. This persisted the worm to always find him for another round even though the result would be obvious. The Thundra was annoyed to it as everyday it would visit him in the Mountain Qi for a boring fight. It gave the thunder bird a trauma that he decided to escape from it and it's been three hundred years now that their cat and mouse game was still on.

He was tired! Even a mighty bird like him needed rest as well. The Thundra with a defeated sigh screeched.

Screeeeeech! Screeeeeech! Screeeeeech!

"This King will fight you this once and this will be the last. If you got defeated again then silently agree to it, don't find me anymore!" The Thundra declared with anger in his tone.

The silver haired young man perked up from her space as she was excited to witness a match of two legendary beasts. A Thundra versus a Wormoth.

The students who didn't understand anything from the screeches and grumbling of the two creatures were still amused as they knew that a fight would happen. Even Chi was shocked to see something unexpected.
