Chapter 105 - 100

"Did you see her?"

"Yes. She is our goddess!"

"I thought she died?"

"No! The goddess is not dead!"

The voices resounded in a sacred place. The people around were arguing but just one gesture of their Elder made them silent.

Under the moonlight, huge stones were formed into an array surrounding the sacred place where a massive round stone was placed. It had many etched runic symbols on it that was a sign for a sacred sanctuary.

The Elder looked at their guilty bowing heads as he sighed while turning towards the moon.

'May the Goddess bless our soul.'

----

One month earlier.

The silver haired youth was walking by the corridors of the main building as she wanted to meet Quin. It was already one month before the 205th World Winter Tournament.

Just only one turn left to get to the office of the vice headmaster but she bumped onto someone. She was caught off-guard which made her land on her buŧŧ due to the sudden force.

"Ow!"

Chun didn't want to delay anymore as she stood up and offered her hand to the person without paying attention to their appearance. As the other took the offered hand and stood up, they didn't let go the hand of the silver haired young man as she looked at the other.

White hair, pale skin, pointed ears and cerulean eyes. Equalled to an otherworldly features.

'Isn't it a familiar description?'

Chun was surprised to see that she encountered a Faire, not only that. It was a group of them. They were five of them and the Faire that Chun bumped was the most handsome man that she ever laid her eyes on.

'Art is more handsome, though.'

The silver haired young man appraised as she compared the enchanting beauty of the Faire infront of her who was still holding her hand.

The four Faire people behind the man were composed of a female and three males. They were silent as they observed Chun.

"Umm… can you---"

Before Chun could continue her statement, the Faire Prince kissed her hand as it smiled gently. It stunned the silver haired young man for a moment.

'I thought they are not friendly?'

'Aren't they allergic to humans?'

'They tend to keep on themselves, not mixing to other races.'

Senri smiled as his eyes slanted also from staring at the shocked expression of the silver haired young man. The Faire people were cold to the non-Faire races but they were good when it came to the individual that they liked.

"Prince," A handsome young man at the back, stated as if reminding the other.

Senri let go the hand of the stunned youth as he said, "I'm Senri Montril, remember my name. We will meet again, Chun!"

The Faire Prince stated as he passed by Chun, the others followed as well while the youth who reminded Senri apologized to their prince's behavior as he left to chase them.

The silver haired young man frowned from the odd encounter. She had no memory about this kind of encounter from her past.

'Come to think of it, there had no been Fair race during the tournament as they didn't participated. How come that they were here?'

In fact, the Faire race had never been mentioned in the past occurrence of the tournament as they never joined the world winter tournament but strangely, they were present now and that was the first time for Chun to have a close contact with them because they were known for their introverted behavior of keeping to themselves.

The silver haired young man didn't dwell on the Faire problem as she had a current matter to attend to.

'Right, let's head to the vice headmaster!'

----

"You mean that the demons will infiltrate the institute during the fifth day of the tournament?" There was disbelief in the expression of Quin while Rin was also stunned from hearing it.

The silver haired young man discussed about the half-truth of the event that would happen during the tournament but she mixed some lies there in order to convince the two people.

"Yes."

Chun replied in a serious tone as she drank her cup of tea.

"How did you know?" Rin inquisitively asked as she put down her papers. She was engrossed on reading some articles a while ago but hearing the mind-blowing news of the silver haired young man, she dropped her attention from it.

"My father sent me a letter about it."

The silver haired young man stated as she retrieved a folded paper with a seal of the Shuho household from her storage space. Chun put it down on the table as Rin took it.

Rin nodded while reading the letter, she passed it to Quin as the other just glance on it and put it down.

"Then we will prepare for the upcoming invasion."

----

Chun was successful on her plot as she skipped happily through the hallway but the happiness was only temporary as there would be someone to mess it up.

She didn't expect that taking a short cut to the exit of the institute could lead her to this current event.

"Hey squirt! Are you prepared for the tournament? You only have four weeks left to prepare!" Kiso couldn't wait to bully this pretty young man as he was irked to see that face.

Chun was surrounded by the star teacher and his nine students as they didn't want the silver haired young man to escape them. There were ŀėwd female students who had been eyeing this certain White Prince which made them joined this fray that Kiso started.

'Maybe after the star teacher beat up the other, they could have turns with him.' Even the male students were also thinking like that.

'Young lord, do you need me to kill them?'

'Art, don't be harsh. I'll teach them a lesson.'

'As you please.'

Chun turned her attention to the smug person as she smiled at them coldly and replied, "Oh, you're worried about me? How sweet."

It couldn't be denied that the enthralling features of the silver haired young man could encapture a person's full attention and added by her smile, it would be sending them into daze.

Kiso's face turned strange from that enchanting cold smile as he cleared his throat and with an angry voice.

"W-what are you saying?! Are you testing me, squirt?!"

The star teacher didn't attack as he gestured for a student to do it.

As if the silver haired young man predicted his move, she sidestepped a bit as to dodge the punch in a split of time.

"You just got lucky."

The student hide his surprise from the centimeter dodge of the silver haired young man as he attacked again.

The martial students who were witnessing the scene couldn't believe their eyes as the silver haired young man who didn't move from her spot was able to dodge those movements from their Senior.

The other Seniors who cursed the other for being dumb, joined the fight. But surprisingly, Chun was effortlessly turning left to right, sidestepping, jumping and sometimes using her hands to land back to her position.

All of them thought that they could easily trample this mischievous young man but they didn't know that they were falling for her trap.

Even Kiso was looking agape from the scene as he was in disbelief. How could a

Median realm Nascent stage martial practitioner was able to execute all of those movements?

'Or he was hiding his true cultivation level?'

Kiso immediately denied that as he couldn't believe that the squirt could be superior to him when it came to cultivation.

'It might be just his day. Right, it's his luck!'

The start teacher convinced himself as his stiff expression turned back into an arrogant one.

The martial students who were attacking, even the nine of them who joined forces, it didn't leave a scratch to the silver haired young man. That bored attitude of Chun annoyed them as if she was playing them.

"Are you finished?" The silver haired young man asked as she played with her fingers.

No one answered as they were chasing their breathes, Kiso had nothing to say as he laid arrogant and ignorant to what would happen next.

"Okay, it's my turn now."

As if on cue, the silver haired young man straightened her fingers and move it in a grasping gesture. While dancing to the enemy's attack, Chun was secretly laying out her trap.

Li Li gifted this strings to Chun and the silver haired young man had never used it so this situation was good for testing.

Chun pulled something invisibly which made them stopped from their acts while observing the play of the other but they only noticed that an invisible object was restraining them from moving. If they dared to move, it would tighten.
