Chapter 154 - 146.2

The riders were wearing black armors as they switched on using their blazing swords. This riding monster were called Knight Riders while their mounts tailed with their riders and would also ȧssist to attack what the Knight Riders would attack. The mounts were called Flighters.

Knight Rider + Flighter vs a Charmer = …..

The silver haired young man already knew that answer to it, in every angle she would see it. The Charmers had no match for this one plus one enemy versus one.

Which meant that she didn't need to fight them head on.

Looking at the standing still reddish monster carrying a black club in her left, Chun immediately rushed to its direction while a Knight Rider with a Flighter followed her tail.

The silver haired young man was already in the vicinity of the unmoving Lava Imp and Chun only waited for it to move and smash the other but perhaps due to misconception, she flew back several folds away and smashed her pitiful body to the feet of the still standing Lava Imp.

Fortunately, she had already prepared herself for the worst as she wasn't sure to her conclusion and she already planned out a Plan B when her Plan A didn't work and well, it didn't work.

Though, she was thrown meters away, her charm shield was still effective to withstand that blazing sword. She secretly had infused the air and earth charm in order to have a sturdy shield, although she just pull it up for emergency as she wasn't still proficient to infusing her charms.

'So it wasn't about vicinity?'

Chun thought but her doubt was immediately cut short as she sensed that the monster behind her move as it was about to struck its club.

Chun rolled to the other side as the Lava Imp struck its club towards the previous position of the silver haired young man. Chun felt her heart missed a beat there.

The silver haired young man stood up from the ground as she distanced herself away from her opponents.

Immediately, Chun had an idea. She circled around the Knight Rider while maintaining her distance and casting her wind charms. This would serve as a distraction to the monster.

While dodging and attacking, the silver haired young man was estimating the speed, distance and time that she would need as a factor to complete her act.

The Flighter was tailing its master too but Chun didn't bother about it as it had some kind of vicinity to consider when it would attack her so it made like while dodging and distracting the Knight Rider, she was also making sure that she didn't near the flying beast of the enemy.

A meter and a half away from the sense of boundary of the unmoving Lava Imp, the silver haired young man used her Flight Steps to give a push and reach the head of the night as she jumped on top of it and glided through the reddish monster while she attacked it with her wind charm.

Bang!

Crash!

"One down." Chun confirmed as she witnessed the downfall of the Knight Rider beneath the immeasurable strength of the black club. It was only a one hit sure kill for the unmoving Lava Imp.

Unfortunately, the Flighter had dodged the struck of the Lava Imp which resulted to its intact corpse.

'Yeah..it would be a dead corpse.'

The silver haired young man thought as she tried to execute again her tactics of luring the enemy to the Lava Imp but this monster was strangely genius as no matter what Chun did to lure it in the vicinity of the former, it didn't get close.

It shrill cries almost exploded Chun's eardrums as it was riled up by her. The Flighter saw the crafty Charmer killed its master indirectly through the use of this seven feet tall monster so it doesn't want to get close. It waited for the silver haired young man to go out from the boundary.

"Alright then, I'll give you a fair fight."

The silver haired young man dashed forward as she knew that she could slowly defeat this flying beast. Although she had no idea what were these creatures were but she knew that all of them had weaknesses.

The ninth prince character must be blessed with the divine charms as she obtained all the five elemental charms yet it wasn't easy for the silver haired young man to manipulate all of them at the same which was why she only used her air type of charm as she was skilled on it and other than that, Chun didn't want to be caught and used as a research subject when they knew that she was a Full Charmer.

According to what she read on the ancient book from the Snow Palace and Xuan's manual, there were types of Charmer compatibility.

The Dual Charmer, Tri Charmer, Quad Charmer and lastly, the legendary Full Charmer, one who attained all of the five charms and had full proficiency of them.

Chun couldn't be identified as an legit Full Charmer as she was only compatible with those five charms but not skilled in using them, only the air charm was the exception.

Though it would be good as to avoid unwanted attention as she do her mission.

This only proved that this was a simulation test.

Chun who wasn't occupied anymore, have the time to observe the state of the other Charmers, some were already finished with their opponent as each opponent who just descended from above were exact number as them.

The silver haired young man could guess that this must be a one versus one, though their enemy was two. As she could see, the Charmers who defeated their opponents were now ignored by those alive Knight Rider and Flighter as they concentrated on fighting their own respective Charmer.

Somehow, Chun could take a breather from this situation, even the others who noticed this were resting as well. While the silver haired young man take a rest just on the feet of the unmoving Lava Imp, she finally noticed the calm air, winding around the volcanic terrain.

This kind of atmosphere was strangely like when they were on that separate space.

Or are they still on the same location?

Chun just smirked as she figured out the trick of the Council, but oh well, she wasn't tight on time which she decided to see until the end of this 'show'.

The silver haired young man looked at the situation of her four conquest targets and they weren't in danger as unsurprisingly, they could take on those monsters. Even that so-called older brother of hers was dancing with the Knight Rider.

Chun wasn't surprise at the capabilities of the eighth prince as it was expected of a member of the great Royal Family but somehow she was a bit surprise to the girl named Leika, although she was stupidly dodging while closing her eyes in fluster but she jad great luck to clumsily hit the vital points of her opponents.

Nola Lanzoni, the only daughter of a former Great Master of a renowned guild. She is reckless when pursuing her dreams as nothing can stop her when doing what she wanted. She had an adopted older brother that was said to have disappeared during his first year in Charm Excellence.

This ws the first time for the mission card to put a small description of a target as all of the formers were lengthy but the silver haired young man had no qualms about it as the description as already self-explanatory.

'So Nola is here to find out about the truth behind the disappearance of her adopted older brother.'

The silver haired young man flicked the mission card back and forth through her fingers as she stood up while putting it away.

Chun felt that it was already time but something--- someone had caught her eye. It was a Charmer who lended a hand to another Charmer as she was having a hard time to kill the Knight Rider but when he attacked the Knight Rider, the reddish monster near him moved and walked with heavy steps as it immediately chased the latter.

The ignorant Charmer was scared about it as he tried to dodge every attack but the strength and the speed of the Lava Imp wasn't imaginable as its heavy steps turned swift as it slashed instantly the back of the poor Charmer.

'So they were like the rule keeper? Executioner?'

'Cool!'

Chun with glinting eyes looked behind her as she gawked at the unmoving Lava Imp. She intently stared at the immovable reddish monster carrying a club as she was measuring it up if she could perhaps fight with it.

The immovable Lava Imp who was being stared by a 'weirdo': ….*shivers.
