Chapter 53：Using The Shop Ticket

Deciding to make some money with blacksmithing I decide to open the system shop.

As the options continue to show up I decide to use the search function of the shop.

'Search for skills related to Blacksmithing.'

The list continues on but just looking at it they are all important parts of what I need. I think I should earn blacksmithing so I can use the experience I have to possibly learn the other extra skills.

As the system completed the purchase knowledge flows into my head about blacksmithing. At first, I thought it would just pop into my head but it was like I learned it instead at a fast pace. I learned some of the hammer method needed, as well as how to forge basic weapons such as a Sword, Spear, Kunai, Saber, Dagger, Shuriken, Lance, a Magician's Staff, and also a Kitchen Knife from Earth. I wonder who uses a Kitchen Knife as a weapon? There are a lot of beginners weapons needed for a blacksmith I guess. The Armor that I've learned to make is Shield, Helmet, Gauntlets, Boots, and Chest Plate

'Could I buy a house from the system as well?'

After leaving the blacksmith's shop I decide to head back to the guild and find an extermination quest to go on and earn some system points to buy a house so I can expand it to have a blacksmith's environment.

Inside the guild, I walk in a check the Rank D Mission board. The mission board has many options like Goblins taking animals from a nearby village, Kobolds that had attacked a village and need to be checked, Orcs that were building up their forces and they wiped out a village. Grabbing the Orc quest I look at the details.

[Quest: Orc Hunt]

[Details: A group of Orcs has destroyed a village nearby. It is assumed that they have taken the woman to breed. When investigated there weren't any remains and the village was on fire. The Orcs were nowhere to be seen and need to be found.]

[Requirement: Level 35+

[Reward: 25 Silver Coins, 2 Silver Coins Extra Per Orc.]

Taking the quest paper to the front I register the quest and head out to the village given their directions. I use word magic to hasten myself but with an agility stat of 96, I can run this distance the distance of 10 miles in about 20 minutes. After reaching the village in question there isn't anything left but the remains of a burned down village. No surviving villager's, no bodies, and no signs of any Orcs. Seeing that there aren't any obvious clues as to where to Orcs went I decide to use word magic to try and find them. I begin writing the word I'm thinking of using on my hand as it slowly starts to glow and activate once the word is finished.

"Word Magic Find"

Using the word "Find" with the Orcs in mind the word slowly shifts into an arrow and points towards the direction I came from.

'Did I pass by them without noticing them?' I think as I turn back and follow the direction that the arrow points me towards. After a couple of minutes, the arrow slowly starts to change directions and points towards the right which leads to a forest and after following the arrow for a while, is a huge cave entrance that is covered with moss. The cave entrance doesn't have any tracks at all and doesn't look like it's been used in a while. The entire area surrounding the cave is covered with moss, even up to the trees.

'The arrow is pointing to the inside so I guess I'll just go inside and take a look.' Following the arrow inside the cave entrance, I try to avoid the moss to leave fewer signs of my entrance.

As I step into the cave my surroundings change and I enter stealth to make sure anyone who is in here doesn't notice me. The Orcs set up some kind of Illusion at the entrance so there has to be some kind of evolved Orc-like an Orc Mage or something. Walking through the cave it seems like it was manmade instead of natural. There are some smaller Orcs walking around doing patrol near the entrance so activating stealth was a good idea. My stealth is only level 2 so far so I might need to use some of the skill points I have to level it up.

Following one of the patrolling Orcs, we walk throughout the cave and enter into a smaller tunnel that leads to another room. As we enter the tunnel I continue to get a bad feeling as we go in further. The Orcs continues to speak to himself as we enter the room only to see that this is where they are keeping the human women that they have captured.
